Leading financial services client seeks a Learning Material Developer/Instructional Designer (OneStream Implementation) for a 12-month contract based in Cape Town.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain OneStream training material (all types of media) as required.
- Document learning material (user guides, quick reference guides, recorded sessions) of user training in preparation for the OneStream implementation.
- Consolidate processes, data flows, and technology scope to produce results, planning, budgeting and forecasting, tax reporting, and finance allocation processes.
- Develop, package and roll out material to the business, including measurement of the effectiveness of training events, and load onto the Knowledge Hub.
- Matric and Tertiary qualification.
- Training material development (ideally within a project-based environment).
- Ability to document training materials and learning aids using tools such as Captivate.
- Finance knowledge.
- Ability to assess and understand training needs.
- Ability to document learning materials.
