• Assist with creating and maintaining documentation, course outlines, and learning plans.
• Assist in maintaining the Learning Management System (LMS), including adding cohort dates, update course information, and ensuring smooth navigation for learners.
• Host synchronous sessions, facilitating live discussions and Q&A to enhance learning and engagement.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide fresh ideas for course design, format, and technology implementation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Recent graduates in Computer Science, Software Development, Data Science, or a related technical field is preferred.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, JavaScript, Python, etc.) and strong technical aptitude.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to clearly present ideas.
• Attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Passion for learning and creativity.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A keen interest in technology, AI, and digital learning tools.
