Job Summary: A Warehouse Associate / Delivery Driver is responsible for the safe and efficient handling, transportation, and delivery of materials and products.

This role involves loading and unloading materials, organizing inventory, and ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to job sites and customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Drive 26-foot box truck on scheduled local routes with occasional unscheduled stops and changes.
• May drive other vehicles to deliver materials, such as company vans.
• Assist with loading trucks and vehicles; deliver and unload materials to job sites.
• Responsible for accurate delivery of materials as noted on orders and work tickets.
• Document or communicate status of delivery, including changes, with manager.
• Unload, check-in, and stage materials for jobs.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Pick and pack orders accurately for delivery.
• Perform daily equipment maintenance and safety checks.
• Comply with all Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and company safety policies.
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members to troubleshoot delivery issues.
• Assist with warehouse maintenance, focusing on a clean and organized work area.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This position carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company guidelines, policies, procedures, and applicable laws, including interviewing, hiring, training employees, planning, assigning, and directing work, appraising performance, rewarding, disciplining, addressing complaints, and resolving problems.

Requirements:

• Must have a valid driver license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly without restriction.
• 6+ months delivery driving experience for wholesale customers.
• 6+ months customer service experience.
• 6+ months box truck or similar vehicle experience preferred.
• 6+ months warehouse, construction, or large item delivery experience preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to read/write basic English correspondence.
• Basic math skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Physical Demands:

Must be able to frequently step up and down on forklift, walk through the warehouse, use foot controls, and deliver materials on uneven jobsites. Team lifting up to 50 pounds frequently and occasionally.

Work Environment:

Warehouse environment with potential tight deadlines, loud noise, and temperature variations. Occasionally very hot or cold conditions.

The Senior Cloud Service Deliver Manager is engaged with the client account level and is a trusted advisor; providing visibility, service reviews and reporting through all phases of the implementation life cycle. The successful candidate will be working closely with other AWS teams to ensure that all changes to a customer's environments are smoothly carried out while meeting capacity needs and service level agreements. Key job responsibilities
- Earn a Trusted Client Advisory relationship with our clients and team.
- Work with customers to provide visibility and guidance around their AWS Services account through regular Operational Service Reviews and Reporting.
- Provide detailed reviews of service disruptions, metrics, detailed pre-launch planning.
- Work with the customers on operational and tactical issues.
- Be involved in the change management process of the customer's environment to ensure success and service up-time.
- Work with application owners to develop and standardize test, upgrade, and release management processes.
- Engage with Director and C-Level executives to understand business needs.
- Go "toe to toe" with customer technical stakeholders on most issues impacting operational stability and availability.
- Be the voice of the customer and work with internal AWS resources to ensure that the customer's SLA's are met.
- Raise internal awareness of customer impacting bugs and/or issues, and drive the appropriate prioritization for fixes and/or responses.
- Champion and advocate for customer requirements within AWS (e.g. feature requests).
- Participate in customer requested meetings (onsite or via phone).
- Triage technical issues.
- Provide oversight of escalation, prioritization, and drive customer communication during critical events.
- Assist in Design/Architecture of AWS and hybrid cloud solutions.
- Establish a working relationships with other AWS account team members such as Technical Account Managers, Solutions Architects, Cloud Architects, Business Development Managers and others to achieve the best result for the customer.
- Be available outside of business hours to help coordinate handling of urgent issues as needed.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with AWS services or other cloud offerings
- 3+ years of experience working in a customer-facing service delivery or technical account management role, with a high level of accountability, and with excellent written and verbal communication skills to successfully engage with customers and colleagues.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a 24x7 operational services or support environment
- Experience in internal enterprise or external customer-facing environment as a technical lead
- AWS Solution Architect Associate Certification
