Overview

warehouse manager We are seeking a Warehouse Manager with at least 3 years' experience in managing stock in a warehouse. You will be responsible for managing a warehouse of stock and making sure stock is counted and product orders are done efficiently.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation of a new stock system
  • Maintain accurate record of inventory and stock management systems
  • Ensure regulation of in-stock level complies with demand
  • Develop inventory control models that promote lower cost of sales, shorter lead times, and reduced stock levels
  • Collaborate closely with finance on stock levels and orders

Main purpose of role

Job Responsibilities: Coordinate international shipment of raw materials and customer-nominated parts via air, sea and land transport Manage relationships with freight forwarders, customs brokers and logistics service providers Ensure compliance with incoterms and international shipping regulations Optimize container utilization by consolidating shipments from multiple suppliers Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any transportation issues Maintain accurate shipping documentation including bills of lading, commercial invoices and packing lists Support customs clearance processes and ensure timely submission of required documentation Ensure accuracy of HS Codes and optimize duty payments through proper classifications Job Requirements Bachelor degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International trade or related field 3-5 years of experience in freight forwarding or international logistics, preferably in the automotive sector Strong knowledge of incoterms, HS Codes

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and secure new business opportunities
  • Maintain accurate data in the CRM system

  • Assist with account transitions and support credit setup for new clients
  • Participate in training and development programs to refine selling skills
  • Contribute to local industry groups as required
