This role will design all elements of our new employee people attraction, recruitment, onboarding, and employee integration model to attract and source top talent, aligned with business and brand strategies.
This role will design and implement our internal talent marketplace, new applicant tracking system and will manage talent acquisition related compliance requirements.

- End to end design and implementation of the TFG ITM (internal digital talent marketplace).
- Accountable for compliance related policies and processes relating to talent management (pre-employment verification, recruitment, onboarding, succession planning).
- HR Related Degree or equivalent working experience.

You will own local hiring in South Africa and support international hiring demand when required. What will this role look like on a day-to-day basis?
- Lead full-cycle recruitment processes for diverse roles across Sales, Tech, Product, and Corporate functions, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Design and implement market and function talent acquisition strategies to meet organizational hiring goals and improve efficiency and quality.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, providing data driven, market specific insights and collaborating on hiring strategies.
- Analyse recruitment metrics and market trends to optimise talent acquisition processes and inform strategies and decision-making.
- Leverage AI and other cutting-edge technologies to enhance, sourcing, attraction, assessment, and overall recruitment strategies. Championing our referral scheme to ensure all managers promote their vacancies on social media platforms.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced, multi-country and high-growth environment.
- Proven track record of successfully hiring for a diverse range of roles, including Sales, Tech, Product, and Corporate positions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions to improve recruitment processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work autonomously and collaborate with a global team across different countries.
- Demonstrated experience in utilising AI and other innovative technologies to enhance recruitment strategies and processes.
