You will be responsible for conducting research, market analysis, and candidate sourcing and engagement to ensure our clients have access to the best candidates for our retained mandates. Key Responsibilities:- Conduct market research to identify potential candidates, industries, and companies.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including online databases, social media, and professional networks, to attract passive candidates.
- Screen and assess candidates to align with client requirements.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future recruitment needs.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies.
- Manage paperwork, including proposals and briefing documents.
- Administer behavioral profiling assessments.
- Update campaign details, including video editing, media uploads, and candidate records.
- Schedule meetings for potential candidates and consultants.
- Attend mandate briefings to initiate the executive search process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and sourcing.
- Prior experience in recruitment research and/or candidate sourcing is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

We're on the look out for an outstanding recruiter to focus on recruiting for our operations teams in SA and the UK, who can deliver approx 100-150 high quality sales and customer service people per year. A proven track record of developing effective strategies and coming up with practical solutions to hire the right people, fast.
