Broadgate (part of Trinnovo Group) is hiring an Executive Search Specialist to support a high-growth, agile professional services group across the UK. You'll partner directly with senior stakeholders and an internal TA function on critical senior appointments across Finance, Tax and Corporate Services.
This role suits a commercially minded headhunter who can source niche skill sets, work volume senior pipelines, and sell the opportunity, not just the role. Expect fast feedback, direct access to hiring managers, and the scope to grow the function long-term.
What you'll do
- Run executive search across Finance/Tax/Professional Services.
- Build market maps, headhunt passive talent, and maintain continuous follow-up.
- Own client processes end-to-end: brief, CV sends, interviews, feedback, close.
- Tell a compelling client growth story and open doors across group brands.
What we're looking for
- Experience in exec search/headhunting or senior-level recruitment.
- Strong research/market-mapping skills and proactive pipeline building.
- High EQ with the confidence to push, challenge and influence.
