We're looking for a Paid Advertising Specialist to join our team and take the reins on performance marketing across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter). This is a hands-on, strategic role with room to grow as the agency scales.

As our Paid Advertising Specialist, you’ll be responsible for tasks including but not limited to:

  • Plan, launch, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and X
  • Build and test creative and copy in collaboration with our design and content team
  • Set up and manage ad accounts, audiences, tracking, pixels, and conversion events
  • Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimise for ROAS, CPL, or engagement (based on goals)
  • Create regular performance reports with insights and strategic recommendations
  • Advise on funnel setup, landing pages, and budget allocation
  • Stay ahead of platform trends, updates, and best practices
