Introduction

An automotive OEM company based in Pretoria is looking for a Robotics Team Leader to lead the team (Technicians/Artisans) who are maintaining robotic equipment and/or related automated production systems while ensuring equipment uptime by reducing Mean Time To Repair and proactively planning preventative measures.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Maintain the 5S standard by ensuring shadow boards are clean, organized, fully labeled and containing all the necessary spare parts to reduce the MTTR.
  • Ensure maintenance toolboxes are clean, organized, controlled and are available adjacent to the Artisan/Technician area.
  • Ensure CMs are captured and closed on time and actions are defined in CCMD/EM.
  • Ensure 100% completion of PMs on a weekly basis within scheduled timing.
  • Perform 1 PJO per day with the artisan and improvements identified and captured in GPA. PJO are captured in a PJO folder.
  • Ensure action plans are defined to avoid re-occurrence of volume losses. Implemented actions showing performance improvements. Proactive approach to Maintenance Operating System (MOS).
  • Responsible approach to all Safety standard regulations like work permits, PTA, Start-Card etc.
  • Pro-active maintenance planning during production stops.
Desired Experience & Qualification
  • N5 -N6 Plus Electrical or Mechanical Trade Certificate, National Diploma/ S4 Electrical/Mechatronic.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years within the Automotive Industry.
  • Must have at least 2 years supervisory or team leading experience.
  • 3 years Manufacturing experience in a body shop environment will be advantageous.
  • Fault finding ability, Electrical and Mechanical.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite.

is pioneering a new class of financial resilience instruments for banks, insurers, governments, and investors. Our proprietary frameworks; such as the Resilience Pricing Framework and the Resilience Index, quantify adaptation under stress and transform volatility into intelligence. We operate across capital markets, policy ecosystems, and enterprise systems to build financial architectures for a future defined by resilience.

The Opportunity

This is the rarest internship on the continent. Over 24 months you will apprentice directly under the Founder and Chairman of , gaining exposure to every part of the enterprise as we grow from a million-rand dynasty into a billion-dollar empire.

You will rotate through every department; finance, research, strategy, policy, product design, communications, while shadowing high-stakes negotiations, participating in real-time financial modeling, and developing your own leadership capacity under pressure.

At the end of the program, the successful candidate will transition into the role of
Chief Executive Officer of a subsidiary
, with equity, operational authority, and the mandate to expand our global resilience platform.

Program Structure

  • Phase I (0–6 months): Foundations
  • Master the fundamentals of 's resilience models and financial architectures.
  • Assist in research, data analysis, and financial modeling.
  • Shadow leadership in high-level strategy sessions and external negotiations.

  • Phase II (6–12 months): Execution

  • Take ownership of projects within defined verticals (insurance, capital markets, policy).
  • Contribute to client engagements, investor relations, and academic partnerships.
  • Begin leading small teams and producing deliverables independently.

  • Phase III (12–18 months): Command Training

  • Manage a division's workstream with measurable outcomes.
  • Lead strategy papers, financial product pilots, and investor-facing materials.
  • Develop and stress-test your leadership style under real pressure.

  • Phase IV (18–24 months): Transition to CEO

  • Full operational oversight of a subsidiary under the banner.
  • Direct equity participation and formal appointment as Chief Executive Officer.
  • Expansion of networks and responsibilities to global scale.

The Division for Student Development and Support (SDS) plays a leading role in creating a holistically focused, enabling environment and provides excellent opportunities for students to develop to their full potential as active scholars and responsive citizens in South Africa.

Applications for the post of Administrative Officer: Student Leadership Support (Res Life), are invited from dynamic and vibrant individuals with demonstrated student housing experience within a tertiary institution, who have a quest for constant self-improvement and development and the growth and development of others. Applicants must be client-service orientated and passionate about supporting the organization's strategic deliverables with regards to their students and their co-curriculum development and well-being.

The Successful Candidate will be Responsible for:

  • General Administrative Support (includes Database Capturing and Reconciling for Reporting Purposes) to the ResLife Student Leadership Support Coordinator
  • General House Committee and Central House Committee Procurement Support to the ResLife Student Leadership Support Coordinator
  • General Eventing, Marketing Support and Social Media Monitoring to and on behalf of the ResLife Student Leadership Support Coordinator (includes after hours, on-site support)
  • Driving, Supporting and Administration of the all RS Student Leadership Elections Processes
  • Administrative and Implementation Support of Elections schedules for House Committees and the Central House Committee
  • Attendance of all elections-related meetings and minute-taking
  • Support with the Inauguration, Induction, and Orientation of elected House Committees and the Central House Committee
  • Collation of training materials including manuals, resources, hand-outs etc
  • Receiving and screening of Event requisitions and attached budgets for final sign off from the Coordinator and ResLife Manager
  • Setting up, maintaining, monitoring, responding to, and updating social networking sites and programme marketing strategies on behalf of Student Leadership Support
  • Managing diary appointments and scheduling student engagement activities for the Student Leadership Coordinator and broader RS Management
  • Ensuring budget allocations across student leadership structures are captured accurately and tracked as programme implementation occurs (must adhere to Procurement Policy and parameters set for student leaders' access to funding for programming)

Minimum Requirements

Minimum Requirements

  • A National Diploma or Advanced Certificate (NQF 6) in Project and/or Office Management or related
  • 2 to 5 years demonstrated experience in a project administrative and implementation capacity
  • A valid SA driver's license for a minimum of 2 years

Core Experience

  • Excellent skills in terms of office and project administration
  • Have a demonstrated understanding of procurement activities and processes in previous work experience
  • Prior experience must demonstrate experience in working with young people in a higher educational setting
  • The applicant must be prepared to work after hours to accommodate availability of students for programming
  • Evidence of participation in training and related activities

Advantageous:

  • A Post Matric qualification (NQF 7) in Project and/or Office Management
