Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Drive 26-foot box truck on scheduled local routes with occasional unscheduled stops and changes.
- May drive other vehicles to deliver materials, such as company vans.
- Assist with loading trucks and vehicles; deliver and unload materials to job sites.
- Responsible for accurate delivery of materials as noted on orders and work tickets.
- Document or communicate status of delivery, including changes, with manager.
- Unload, check-in, and stage materials for jobs.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Pick and pack orders accurately for delivery.
- Perform daily equipment maintenance and safety checks.
- Comply with all Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and company safety policies.
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members to troubleshoot delivery issues.
- Assist with warehouse maintenance, focusing on a clean and organized work area.
This position carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company guidelines, policies, procedures, and applicable laws, including interviewing, hiring, training employees, planning, assigning, and directing work, appraising performance, rewarding, disciplining, addressing complaints, and resolving problems.
Requirements:- Must have a valid driver license with an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly without restriction.
- 6+ months delivery driving experience for wholesale customers.
- 6+ months customer service experience.
- 6+ months box truck or similar vehicle experience preferred.
- 6+ months warehouse, construction, or large item delivery experience preferred.
- Forklift experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to read/write basic English correspondence.
- Basic math skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
Must be able to frequently step up and down on forklift, walk through the warehouse, use foot controls, and deliver materials on uneven jobsites. Team lifting up to 50 pounds frequently and occasionally.
Work Environment:Warehouse environment with potential tight deadlines, loud noise, and temperature variations. Occasionally very hot or cold conditions.

5. Oversee the seamless transition from project implementation to service transition phase ensuring that all AWS teams are aligned on operational responsibilities and customer expectations.
6. Collaborate with Account Managers Solutions Architects Customer Solutions Managers Cloud Service Delivery Managers and Technical Account Managers to align on project priorities and execution plans ensuring a unified AWS approach.
7. Lead RFP responses from a technical perspective on behalf of AWS Support
8. Identify potential risks and improvement opportunities throughout the project lifecycle driving initiatives to closure by leveraging the full range of AWS Global Services capabilities.
9. Oversee the development and execution of comprehensive governance frameworks specific to large migrations and complex projects including clear roles and responsibilities standardized communication protocols and crossfunctional alignment.
10. Manage customer expectations and engagement with C Level and act as an escalation point for critical issues ensuring timely resolution and maintaining high customer satisfaction throughout the engagement.

The team youll be working with is a powerhouse of experienced strategic thinkers dedicated to guiding the cloud journeys of the regions largest and most complex customers. Youll sit within the Enterprise Support organization a proactive team of cloud operational architects working directly with out largest customers with a wellknown passion for driving customer success. The extended team includes sales / solution architecture professional services AMS Enterprise Support and service teams. This crossfunctional account team brings a wealth of transformation expertise technical acumen and customercentric mindsets to the table. They operate as trusted advisors seamlessly orchestrating collaboration across AWS sales support architecture and professional services to deliver tailored solutions.
- 5 years in managing largescale cloud migrations complex IT projects or managed services delivery
- Background in Service Delivery / Operations / Managed services in the Cloud
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders
- Track record of successful delivery in complex multistakeholder environments involving bespoke solutions and nonstandard service terms
- Strong project management skills including experience with agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g. Asana)
- Familiarity with SLA management and reporting in a managed services context
- Familiarity with AWS Support and Managed Services
- AWS certifications (e.g. AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate; AWS Certified DevOps Engineer Associate )
- Understanding of AWS services architectures and best practices particularly in relation to AWS Managed Services
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in relevant industries (e.g. Financial Services Healthcare)
- Experience in transitioning projects from implementation to operational phases in a managed services environment
- PMP certification SCRUM / Agile or SAFe certification is not required but beneficial.
