  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence within the IT department.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as a CIO or similar leadership role in a healthcare setting, preferably within a private hospital environment.
  • Expertise in SAP and Bespoke Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), with a track record of successful implementations and system integrations.
  • In-depth knowledge of billing systems and experience in integrating them with other healthcare IT systems.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare IT regulations and standards, such as HIPAA and HL7.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business requirements into IT solutions.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including team building, coaching, and performance management.
