SUMMARY :

We are looking for an experienced Intranet / SharePoint / Teams manager to join our IT department.

A SharePoint / Intranet Manager will overseeing the management, development, and maintenance of an organization's intranet, often leveraging the SharePoint platform. This includes strategic planning, content management, user support, and ensuring the intranet effectively meets business needs. The manager also collaborates with various stakeholders, including IT, communications, and business units.

Responsibilities :

• Manage and support the organization's Intranet, SharePoint, and Teams platforms
• Implement solutions to improve user experience and efficiency
• Collaborate with different business units to understand their requirements and provide technical support
• Ensure the security and integrity of the platforms
• Train and support users on Intranet, SharePoint, and Teams functionalities

• Strong knowledge of SharePoint architecture, configuration, and administration.
• Experience with SharePoint permissions, security, and access control.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting SharePoint issues and resolving problems.
• Familiarity with SharePoint workflows and forms.
• Understanding of SharePoint governance and best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of relevant technologies like PowerShell, SQL Server, and Windows Server.
• Experience with cloud-based SharePoint (SharePoint Online) is required.
