- Oversee internal and external audits
- Management of all legal and other compliance requirements
- Technical support and development of SHERQ Management Systems
- Report on effectiveness of the SHERQ Management system and make recommendations for improvement, and closing the loop to Snr and Plant management
- Monitor workplace to ensure safe conditions are in place and maintained
- Monitor compliance of SHERQ training
- Ensure effectiveness of audit findings and mitigation actions taken

Key Responsibilities :
Health & Safety
- Develop implement and maintain the companys Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) policies procedures and standards in accordance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act and other relevant regulations.
- Ensure all required legal appointments relevant to this Company are done and renewed as necessitated by expiry dates and terminations of service.
