Responsibilities- Make high-volume outbound calls, send cold emails and conduct LinkedIn outreach to generate and qualify B2B leads
- Book discovery calls and product demos for Account Executives
- Use CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive to manage and track leads
- Conduct research and personalise outreach to target accounts and decision-makers
- Maintain detailed records of activities and regularly report KPIs to sales leadership
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve messaging and conversion rates

Requirements- 2+ years of experience in a B2B outbound sales or SDR role (SaaS or Tech industry strongly preferred)
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding KPIs in a high-volume sales environment
- Comfortable making 60 to 100+ cold calls per day
- Experience with CRMs and sales tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Salesloft or Apollo
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Reliable internet connection and a professional remote working setup

About you
- Experience in Sales, Sales Development, Telesales, or Lead Generation experience is ideal
- Good communication skills in high pressure situations
- Hubspot/Salesforce CRM knowledge is an advantage
- Skilled at active listening to assess prospects needs and criteria effectively
- Able to qualify leads and opportunities to ensure a high quality sales pipeline
- Excellent time management, organisation and multitasking skills
- Able to use effective social skills to build strong relationships with team members and external clients on the phone and face to face
- Show potential for future leadership
- Ambitious, self-starting, and eager to progress in a sales career with a fast growing company
Day-to-Day
- Generating new sales opportunities and pipeline via phone, social media and personalised emails
- Comfortable with a fast paced environment, aiming to progress in your career by consistently meeting sales targets
- Enhance CRM data quality by ensuring all prospect engagements are logged accurately within CRM
- Use qualification criteria to ensure all leads passed to clients are of good quality
- Work with a friendly, self-starting attitude, seeking to encourage others and succeed within a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, representing Punch! and our clients in a professional manner
- Use good organisational skills to ensure all data is stored correctly and up-to-date
- Write accurate reports for all booked opportunities

Job Description: In our world, “high ticket” is anything with a price point of about $10k or above. We are seeking motivated sales development representatives or “setters” to generate qualified sales appointments and build revenue for WFS Group, primarily through outbound dialing (warm leads who have opted in) as well as inbound calls that are screened and qualified.
Responsibilities- Generate leads and schedule appointments for product presentations and sales pitches.
- Arrange and coordinate meetings between prospective customers and closers.
- Attend sales team meetings and training sessions as directed by management.
- Follow up with potential customers who expressed interest but did not move forward.
