As a Sales Development Representative, you will actively reach out to our target market through inbound and outbound leads using Salesforce and prospecting tools like ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
A Day in the Life :- Prospect, educate, and qualify new business prospects and marketing-generated leads to create sales-ready opportunities by scheduling meetings for the sales team
- Make 100+ calls and send 60+ personalized emails daily
- Create and prioritize target account lists within a defined territory or vertical
- Manage your activities to engage leads through follow-up communications (calls, emails, sales cadences)
- Identify, qualify, sort, and track leads
- Follow pre-sales guidelines and develop your outreach process, documenting interactions in Salesforce CRM
- Develop daily plans to maximize outreach and schedule meetings
- Achieve and exceed KPIs, with a quarterly quota of 120 meetings (10 per week)
- Engage in high-level conversations with senior executives and developers, asking effective questions to qualify needs
- Maintain knowledge of products, market conditions, and competitors
- Learn from teammates, contribute positively, and improve your sales skills
- Participate in sales training and team meetings, sharing best practices
- Strong B2B, SaaS, and tech sales phone experience
- Consistently surpass quotas and KPIs

We have a great opportunity for a highly skilled Sales Development Representative to join Wyzetalk. As a Sales Development Representative you will play a pivotal role in driving our business forward by identifying new sales opportunities, nurturing relationships, and managing a portfolio of prospects and partners. You’ll work closely with potential customers to deeply understand their challenges and showcase how our platform can be the solution they need. This is a medior to senior-level role, ideal for someone with experience in B2B sales and/or partner management, particularly in the technology or SaaS space.
Sales Development & Prospecting
Identify, engage, and qualify new leads and business opportunities through research, outreach, and networking.
Consultative Selling, Negotiation & Closing
Understand the specific challenges and pain points faced by prospective clients in large and enterprise organizations. Propose tailored solutions that align with their business goals using our platform’s capabilities. Lead contract negotiations with a pragmatic and solutions-oriented approach, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company.
Relationship Building & Account Management
Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, buyers, and influencers in target accounts. Serve as a trusted partner in conversations, guiding them through the sales process. Partner Management

Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product, and customer success) to ensure alignment on messaging and product positioning, and provide feedback to improve the sales process.
- B2B Sales Expertise: 3-5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the technology, SaaS, or enterprise software space.
- Ability to uncover business challenges, position solutions, and develop deep relationships with senior decision-makers.
- Demonstrated success in navigating complex sales cycles, negotiating contracts, and closing deals with large or enterprise clients.
- Familiarity with managing reseller or referral partners, including providing support, training, and relationship-building is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to confidently engage with C-suite and other senior stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities
Identify, research and prospect target accounts while forming strong alliance and collaboration between marketing and sales.
