This pivotal role focuses on growing the eChannel with emphasis on increasing online sales (upsell, cross sell & new business) and digital conversion to online self-service through sales and marketing activities. The role involves developing and executing sales and marketing plans to drive customer acquisition, conversion, retention, business growth and ecommerce digitalisation initiatives (project management).
