Content Creation & Production
  • Produce high-quality video content, from scripting and storyboarding to filming and editing (interviews, explainers, social clips, campaign content).
  • Plan, record, and edit audio content for podcasts, including managing recording sessions and post-production.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva, or similar tools.
  • Experience with podcast recording/editing tools (e.g., Audacity, Descript, Riverside.fm).
  • Working knowledge of CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), YouTube Studio, and social scheduling tools.
  • Strong visual and storytelling skills across video and audio.

Duties & Responsibilities

International Brand launch within the Automotive industry is seeking a Digital Marketer to join their team. Successful candidate must have digital marketing experience within the automotive industry. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  1. Digital Strategy Development: Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives, taking into account target audience, market trends, and competitors' activities.
  2. Website Management: Oversee the development, maintenance, and optimization of the company website to ensure a seamless user experience, strong SEO performance, and effective lead generation.
  3. Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building activities to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic to the website.
  4. Paid Advertising: Plan and manage pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media channels to increase brand visibility, drive website traffic, and generate leads.
  5. Social Media Management: Develop and implement social media strategies to engage with the target audience, increase brand awareness, and foster community engagement. Overview

A leading global organisation dedicated to education and youth development is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager (with a focus on Paid Media / Performance Marketing) to shape and drive digital marketing initiatives across multiple international markets. This is an exciting chance to make a measurable impact in a fast-growing, innovative organisation with a presence across several continents.

Based full-time in Johannesburg , you will lead the strategy and execution of campaigns spanning paid media, search, social, and other digital channels. The role also includes mentoring junior team members and partnering closely with internal teams and external agencies to deliver high-impact results aligned with the organisation’s growth objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver impactful digital marketing strategies
  • Oversee day-to-day management of paid digital campaigns across Google, META, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms
  • Drive a test learn and invest approach to constantly improve performance and meet key business goals
  • Own campaign performance reporting and ensure alignment with marketing KPIs and business targets
  • Lead campaign innovation by staying informed on the evolving performance marketing landscape
  • Manage and grow a team of junior performance marketing executives
  • Ensure effective communication and alignment across internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Oversee campaign budgeting forecasting invoicing reconciliation and follow-up reporting

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in digital marketing with strong exposure to performance channels
  • Previous agency experience and comfort working in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven success managing multi-channel campaigns across PPC social SEO and display
  • Experience working directly with clients or business stakeholders
  • Strong analytical mindset and data fluency to guide strategic decisions
  • Experience working with global brands and adapting campaigns for regional markets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong presentation abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel Word and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated leadership skills including line management mentoring and training

Duties & Responsibilities

International Brand launch within the Automotive industry is seeking a Digital Marketer to join their team. Successful candidates must have digital marketing experience within the automotive industry. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  1. Digital Strategy Development: Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives, taking into account target audience, market trends, and competitors' activities.
  2. Website Management: Oversee the development, maintenance, and optimization of the company website to ensure a seamless user experience, strong SEO performance, and effective lead generation.
  3. Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building activities to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic to the website.
