We are committed to innovation, transparency, and excellence in the financial markets. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a driven and strategic Digital Marketing Executive to join our team.

Your role at HFM:

  • Create and implement a monthly content calendar for all local social media accounts, incl. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter and LinkedIn.
  • Contact website administrators and other vendors to explore advertising opportunities for the Company.
  • Setup and manage paid social media campaigns including strategy, execution and performance monitoring.
  • Highlight good opportunities for advertising and request media kits.
  • Work with designers and copyrighters to prepare promotional material required for all media buying campaigns.
  • Monitor media buying performance and online reputation of the company.
  • Ensure that all promotional company assets are current and up to date.
  • Community management – respond to social media comments to foster meaningful conversations and assist user questions.
  • Post marketing promotions and market analysis content to social media accounts of HFM.
  • Report social media performance and provide suggestions for improvement.

Requirements

  • BSc/BA in Digital marketing or relevant field.
  • 2+ years' experience in a relevant field.
  • Previous experience within an FX or financial business would be considered an advantage.
  • Certifications that prove expertise in social media (e.g. Meta Blueprint, Hubspot Social Media Certification, Twitter Flight School, TikTok 101 etc.).
  • Proven proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Trends, Meta Business Suite, Similarweb, and creative design software such as Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud.Good understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent copywriting, analytical and creative skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
