The Key Purpose of this role is to carry out sampling, sample preparation, and analysis of raw materials, in-process samples of brewing product from Brew house, Yeast & Fermentation, and Bright beer.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Sampling is carried out as per manualized methods.
2. Relevant apparatus, equipment, and reagents are prepared as per manualized method.
3. Analysis is performed using fundamental laboratory techniques and practices.
4. Accurate results generated, recorded, and reported on time.
5. Carry out lab equipment maintenance and calibration as per manualized methods.
6. Comply with company safety policies and procedures (Hazardous substances, PPE, MSDS, Safety incidents, lab safety rules).
7. Adhere to 5S and Housekeeping schedules.
8. Conduct required and requested quality audits, completing the appropriate documentation and communicating the results.
9. Coach, check, mentor, and assist shift-based production teams on problem-solving and correct use of problem-solving techniques.
10. Participate in regional and divisional process optimization initiatives as required.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Minimum – National Diploma in Biotechnology, Analytical Chemistry, or equivalent.

3. Knowledge of VPO quality.

Key Responsibilities:
