Education And Experience

  • Reporting & Visualization : Develop and maintain comprehensive reports dashboards and data visualizations (e.g. using Zoho Analytics or similar tools) to present findings effectively to various stakeholders.
  • Integration Support : Collaborate with the team to ensure data compatibility and smooth integration with the new Zoho CRM system leveraging its capabilities for enhanced data management and reporting.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with department heads and IT to understand data requirements and deliver tailored analytical solutions.
  • Documentation : Maintain thorough documentation of data sources methodologies and analysis processes.

Requirements

Qualifications and Desired Skills :

  • Bachelors degree in Statistics Computer Science Business Analytics Economics or a related quantitative field.
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing data consolidation analysis and strategic recommendations.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL Python R and Excel.
  • Proven experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI Zoho Analytics).
  • Demonstrated experience in data cleaning data validation and ensuring data integrity.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to translate complex data into understandable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Individual must have high business acumen
  • Experience with CRM systems particularly Zoho CRM is highly advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
