Operational Leadership
- Manage one direct report, providing mentorship and guidance to support their development and delivery.
- Partner with the Creative Operations Manager and Producer to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and ensure content is delivered on time and within budget.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Fashion Marketing, or similar creative/commerce-related disciplines
- 3+ years of experience in content strategy and digital content creation, preferably in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle e-commerce.
