We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer / Content assistant to join our in-house marketing team.
Position Overview:
The Junior Graphic Designer / Content Assistant will be responsible for creating engaging and visually appealing designs for both digital and print media. This role involves managing our social media presence, assisting with blog content, and ensuring brand consistency across all platforms. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design promotional material for daily, weekly, and monthly specials.
- Create and update marketing content for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and email campaigns.
- Manage and maintain the company's social media pages, ensuring content is current, relevant, and visually on-brand.
- Assist with blog writing and content creation to support marketing campaigns.
- Design website advertising banners and other online promotional materials.
- Prepare print-ready files, liaise with printers, and coordinate timelines for delivery.
- Manage the full process from design through to printing, including quality checks and collection.
- Ensure all branches receive their marketing and promotional materials on time.
- Maintain and organize an internal design archive for easy reference.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and implement creative campaigns.
Requirements:
- Diploma or certificate in Graphic Design or related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or similar design tools.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and layout.
- Experience in social media management and content creation.
- Basic copywriting skills for blog posts and captions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

You'll drive our content strategy end-to-end—leading creative direction, producing engaging campaigns, managing the content calendar, and optimizing for reach, engagement, and conversion.
