The tasks you’ll perform

Job Description
Hire Resolve's client is seeking a highly experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to join their dynamic team in Cape Town, WC. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management within the PM Construction industry, specifically in industrial, commercial, residential, and retail projects across multiple disciplines .
Responsibilities- Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and schedules
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
- Monitor progress, quality, and safety on job sites
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
- Ensure compliance with all regulations, codes, and standards
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management
- Projects across multiple disciplines; industrial, commercial, residential, retail
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, material, and processes
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite
- Salary: negotiable.
