- Provide overall management of all corporate clients, including regular engagements.
- Propose strategies to mitigate risks, improve efficiencies, and leverage opportunities.
- Mentor and manage member and admin consultants, including providing training.
- Manage data, communication, and engagement with at least one insurer on behalf of the team.
- Conduct detailed analysis of client benefits and make provider recommendations through annual risk and retirement re-broke exercises

- Consolidate feedback and reports from Admin and Member Consultants into executive-level updates. (Including meeting notes and onsite sessions).
- Track performance of both roles against KPIs, addressing gaps where needed.

Minimum Requirements:

Job Description
Our client is a provider of psychometric assessment solutions with a focus on small to medium-sized businesses. They are looking for an experienced Account Manager in South Africa to join their dynamic team. Although this role will receive leads via marketing and the SDR, the successful candidate will be required to build their own pipeline to ensure new business acquisition.
Roles and Responsibilities:- Engage and build relationships with senior (HR) executives within medium and large enterprise businesses to drive sales outcomes in South Africa.
- Present the company's solutions in a tailored way that aligns seamlessly with the unique business context and desired goals of each potential client.
- Attain the annual booking targets by consistently adhering to quarterly pacing and successful delivery.
- Pursue fresh leads among potential prospects, both in a responsive and proactive manner, within the assigned account territory. Additionally, initiate personal outreach efforts to engage key prospects.
- Collaborate with the regional sales team and cross functional sales peers to support knowledge share and develop best practices.
- Develop and take ownership of your individualized Business Development plan.
- Access new prospects within our target Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) to expand our customer base.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
- Work closely with the local SDR to formulate account plans that address the individual needs of clients sent through as leads.
- Collaborate with the customer marketing team to ensure the alignment of campaigns with customer needs.
- Offer valuable customer insights to enable product development of a best-in-class solution.
The ideal candidate has:
- Background in Psychology / HR will be beneficial.
- Results-oriented yet strongly collaborative approach.
- Familiarity with and experience selling to the mid-market segment.
- Proficient and engaging communicator with C-level executives, particularly in virtual settings.
- Familiarity with selling to professional decision-makers in both mid-sized and large organizations.
- Exceptional proficiency in utilizing Salesforce CRM, including effective forecasting.
- Documented success in selling SaaS solutions.
- Adaptable in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Deal management and accurate forecasting.
- Business and commercial acumen.
- Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced and changing environment.
- Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Base between R480 000 - R525 400 per annum.
- Commission plan with OTC of 75% of base.
- Holiday - 20 days per annum.
