As a QA Manager, you will be responsible for building out the test plan and test strategy, as well as executing the test scripts for the Circana private cloud client Unify application. This involves using automation test scripts in addition to running manual tests where required.

You will report into the Account Director and work alongside the Circana Unify Product teams and Support teams.

• Requirements gathering / Requirement Clarification
• Building out the test plan and test strategy
• Documenting test approach for Private Cloud client approval
• Creation and implementation of Automation Strategies and Frameworks
• Creating automated test scripts from manual test cases or scenarios. Maintenance of existing product test scripts.
• Creating and maintaining relevant test documentation for script deployment and usage.
• Understanding business requirements and collaborating with architects and developers to improve design for automation testability.
• Implementing an Agile approach to regression testing.
• Participating in review sessions with project teams.
• Managing and tracking defects, ensuring clear communication with engineering teams, and tracking issues to resolution.
• Managing testing timelines in line with project plans.
• Producing product test output reports for Private Cloud clients.
• Managing Test Analysts to execute the testing plan.

• Graduate degree in engineering or equivalent with 12+ years of hands-on experience in Automation Testing, including exposure to UNIX.
• Experience and knowledge to develop our test strategy.
• Comfortable in a client-facing role, building client test approaches and providing updates.
• Ability to understand requirements and develop testing approaches that exceed client expectations.
• Experience with test automation software – Java and Selenium.
• Experience in Web services and API automation.
• Basic working knowledge of SQL / Oracle.
• Knowledge of implementing automation in an agile environment.
• Experience with scripting languages like Python is an added advantage.
• Experience in creating test automation strategies.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

• Experience in Data Analytics, Market Research for Retail domain.
• Experience in High Performance Computing (HPC).

• Provide hands-on test leadership to the test team and respective business units.
• Assist the Test Manager in overseeing Testing activities according to the test plan and test strategy.
• Oversee the defect logging process alongside the QA team and respective business units.
