Duties & Responsibilities- Leadership and Strategy:

- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to gather insights and feedback from customers, informing product enhancements and go-to-market strategies.
- Continuous Improvement and Innovation:
- Continuously seek opportunities to optimize sales processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the customer experience through innovation and technology.
- Encourage a culture of experimentation and learning within the sales team, promoting the adoption of new tools, techniques, and best practices.
- Actively participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to stay abreast of latest developments and build industry connections.
- Scalability and Growth:
- Identify opportunities for scalable growth within the business, exploring new markets, segments, and channels to expand the customer base and drive incremental revenue.
