- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, including IFRS standards, tax planning, and structuring. Implement and maintain robust risk governance processes, internal controls, and financial reporting systems to mitigate risks and ensure alignment with group standards.
- Strategic Partnerships and Stakeholder Management: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including joint venture partners, minority shareholders, and regulatory authorities. Actively participate in board meetings, providing comprehensive financial insights and support to drive strategic execution.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; 8+ years experience, in energy advantageous; CA(SA).
