- A Bachelors degree Agriculture, B-Degree in Entomology, Agronomy or Horticulture.
- A Masters degree or relevant certifications in production management or lean manufacturing would be advantageous.
- At least 2 years of experience in a managerial or senior operations role within a manufacturing or production environment, preferably within the agriculture
- Proven experience in managing production processes, staff, and resources in a high-volume production environment.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards, quality control processes, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate, guide, and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and act decisively in a fast-paced environment. In-depth understanding of production processes machinery, and operational best practices.

- Oversee day-to-day farm operations and staff management.
- Carry out and coordinate maintenance and repair work, including:
- Plumbing
- Electrical work
- Fence maintenance
- Construction projects (buildings, infrastructure, general upgrades)
- Mechanical repairs and upkeep of farm vehicles, machinery, and equipment
