- Negotiate contracts with vendors, cast, freelancers, and third-party suppliers, optimizing cost-efficiency without sacrificing quality.
- Monitor and reconcile project costs while seeking cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Creative Management Support
- Collaborate with creative teams to ensure alignment between production plans and creative vision.

Technical Skills & Knowledge

- Competence with key Microsoft programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage multiple projects with strict deadlines while maintaining high quality.
- Up-to-date knowledge of AI advancements and a passion for incorporating new technologies into production.

- Tertiary Qualification in Film, Media Production, or a related field.
