The Role:
We are looking for high-energy, persuasive and customer focused Retail Sales Associates , who will help create positive energy and excitement around our brand and products. You will be at the forefront of our mall-based kiosks, actively engaging with customers, educating them about our subscription model and driving sales. If you have a strong selling instinct and have worked in a target driven environment, then this position is for you!
Key Role & Responsibilities:
- Actively approach and engage mall shoppers to introduce them to our subscription-based product offerings.
- Educate customers about how our subscription model works, products and offers.
- Assist customers with inquiries and concerns, providing clear and helpful information.
- Ensuring you are 100% versed in daily operations with regard to verification and fulfillment procedures and guide customers accordingly.
- Assist with set up and shut down as well as stock take to ensure the store is ready for our customers at all times.
- Actively keeping track of sales performance against target.
- Housekeeping duties and ensuring the sales area is clean and tidy at all times.
- Being an ambassador for our brand and offering an amazing customer experience.
- Selling a diverse product range and keeping up to date with the latest trends in technology.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management or related field
- 2 Years experience in retail and sales.
- Must be able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
- Knowledge and experience in technology, retail and sales.
- Experience and love for working in a target driven environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Includes the following. Other duties may be assigned. • Ensures the highest level of adidas service is given to each customer.

Beyond the traditional business of furnishing credit reports for consumer lending, TransUnion provides clients with leading data, analytics and risk management solutions that help make efficient, informed and accurate decisions. How You’ll Contribute
- Develops sales strategies to grow revenue from existing and new sales opportunities. The role is predominantly focused on driving net new revenue.
- As the primary client contact, with strong expertise in identifying CBIs, you will work with clients to understand CBI's and position TU as partner to jointly solve problems.
- Facilitate ideation and white boarding sessions with clients to optimize share shift opportunities.
- Maintains an agile market and competitor awareness to identify opportunities and maximize penetration in markets held by the competition and foster partnerships with new and existing customers
- Research the clients’ business, financials and market to identify and capitalise on net new revenue opportunities. Engages in dialogue with clients sharing newsworthy insights and articulate customer value drivers in light of our value proposition.
- Become a subject matter expert in TU Africa solutions & products.
- Interacts across all levels in the client organization.
- Understands TU's workflow and value chain in order to build successful internal relationships to aid client delivery.
- Maintain knowledge of current industry trends and business needs to proactively work with clients to identify and understand CBI's. Understand competitive landscape and offerings to differentiate the value of TU's solutions.
- Consistently shares newsworthy insights about the market, educating clients on new issues and outcomes.
- Understands TU workflow and value chain, understand internal client delivery processes in order to ensure client satisfaction.
- Work closely with Product, Analytics, Sales and other departments to influence product strategy and roadmap to best support client account initiatives.
- Maintains all customer records in Salesforce CRM database.
- Develops and manages a 30 day forecast and 60-90-120 day pipeline within CRM.
- Provides weekly and monthly forecasts to management.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
What You’ll Bring
- Degree or Diploma will proven solution selling experience within the financial sector. 4-5 years of progressive experience in a consultative selling context and business development.
- Demonstrated sales experience in selling data driven solutions.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing key account plans.
- Eagerness to learn complex solutions to enable successful development of sales opportunities.
- Must be well organized with excellent negotiating skills, combined with superior oral and written communication skills, with a temperament to aggressively represent, persuade others and negotiate in the best interests of the company.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects with varying due dates and requirements.
- PC literacy – Microsoft – specifically PowerPoint and Excel.

- Focus is on new business development and growing TU’s market share in strategic industries with little to no re-occurring revenue responsibility.
- Develops sales strategies to grow revenue from existing and new sales opportunities.
- Participates in and/or ensure quality in customer engagements with the most strategic customers and deliver increased customer satisfaction and better opportunities for TU.
- Responsible for achieving revenue quotas for large strategic, complex opportunity clients by hunting for new opportunities, client acquisitions, additional solution sales at enterprise or large sized clients.
- Drives forward client adoption of TransUnion solutions through a deep understanding of strategic and reseller partnerships.
- Develops three year strategic view of client base detailing transformational ideas.
- Facilitates ideation, white boarding sessions to optimize share shift opportunities.
- Understands competitor awareness to maximize penetration in markets held by the competition and foster partnerships with new and existing customers.
- Understands client’s financials to co-create effective strategies to identify opportunities.
- Owns the C-Suite relationship.

Our Sales Associate will manage client needs ensuring that we provide a service of excellence while selling our products and helping manage client's trading needs. This role is pivotal to the success of our business and will suit someone with a passion for service and sales and the ability to grow and learn at a fast pace.
Responsibilities:
- Sales with a focus on building relationships.
- Develop thorough understanding of the financial markets, trading principles and technology
- Collaborate with our clients to effectively identify their needs and communicate solutions via phone and email.
- Maintain and grow diverse client relationships (retail, high net worth, professional traders and corporate accounts) building a foundation of trust while demonstrating an understanding of the client's strategy and needs. This includes being responsive to clients' requests. This understanding drives a long-term partnership, ensuring the effective representation of accounts.
- You will be answering incoming enquiries from customers and supporting them on their journey to becoming long-term trading customers - organizational skills are critical
- You will actively seek and manage a book of own sourced clients
- You will make outbound calls to initiate dialogue with prospective clients
- You will regularly liaise with our KYC and compliance teams to streamline the onboarding process and ensure that all applications are dealt with in-line with the company's processes and regulatory requirements
- You will keep accurate record of client communications including sales activities
- A passion for new business and acquiring and maintaining good client relationships
- Skilled negotiator with strong influencing skills; able to communicate effectively with enthusiasm, demonstrating motivation and continued focus on skills development and learning
- A flair for sales and delivering best in class customer service
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment,
- Excellent English (spoken and written), additional languages will be an advantage
- Have a clear, informative and professional communication style
- Easily adaptable to changing priorities with a passion for creative problem-solving
- Ideally already holding a book of CFD clients
- Previous sales experience within the financial services sector (5 years minimum)
- Demonstratable experience in financial markets; selling/supporting/trading CFDs and FX
- RE5 exam requirement

- Participate in store organization, ensuring cleanliness and tidiness of the store, back office, and inventory.
- Check and organize products received for display.
- Assist in stock control and internal inventory.
- Organize shipments to customers.
- Participate in visual merchandising activities.
- Keep confidential information secure, especially sensitive data concerning the company, team, and customers.
- Support the company's sustainability measures to reduce environmental impact and minimize waste.
- With support from the Store Manager, take responsibility for ongoing training and professional development.

NATURE AND SCOPE OF DUTIES
The scope of the Employee’s duties include; but are not limited to the following :
