    Duties and Responsibilities:
    Coding and Development
    • Writing clean and efficient code using languages like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, C# and potentially backend languages like PHP, Python etc.
    • Identifying and resolving issues with website functionality.

    Website Development and Maintenance
    • Work closely with developers to implement and update website features and functionalities.
    • Conduct regular audits to ensure website performance, speed, scalability and responsiveness.

    User Experience Optimization
    • Analyse website traffic and user behaviour to identify improvement opportunities.
    • Implement strategies to enhance user experience, including navigation, layout, and interactive elements.

    Quality Assurance and Compliance
    • Test and ensure quality assurance of web content and features before deployment.
    • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and accessibility standards.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, web standards, and best practices.

    Collaboration and Innovation
    • Actively contributes to the senior technical team driving creative change.
    • Assist in exploring opportunities in AI, data-driven processes, and tech innovation.


    Desired Experience & Qualification
    Qualifications and Experience
    • Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Web Development).
    • Minimum of 3 - 5 years experience in a similar role with Microsoft experience.
    • Proficiency in web development technologies, including HTML/CSS, C# JavaScript, and CMS systems.
    • Experience with dot Net, SQL, Asana, and web analytics tools is advantageous.

    • Knowledge and experience in backend
    • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Write, edit, and update engaging content for Dare Solutions' marketing materials, brochures, websites, blogs, email campaigns, and more.
    • Ensure all digital content is optimized for search engines (SEO) to improve visibility and reach.
    • Create and schedule social media content across various platforms, and manage interactions by responding to user comments and messages.
    • Collaborate with internal departments to understand their content needs and deliver effective communication materials.
    • Monitor and analyze website traffic, engagement, and social media metrics to evaluate content performance and suggest improvements.
    • Maintain and update company websites and ensure optimal performance and functionality.
    Skills & Requirements:
    • South African Unemployed youth between the ages of 18 and 34.
