We are looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, intermediate Microsoft Excel proficiency, and proven experience in accurate reporting and data analysis. Exposure to IT systems, including ticketing tools, SAP, and ServiceNow, will be advantageous. This office-based role requires excellent time management, organizational skills, and the ability to balance warehouse operations with data-driven tasks. Reliable transport and flexibility for occasional travel are essential.

What you'll do:

  • Ability to manage time and workload effectively which includes planning, organizing, and prioritizing with attention to detail.
  • The ability to research and Analyse data with close attention to detail.

Your Expertise:

  • Minimum two years of experience working in a warehouse environment.
  • Minimum two years working with Excel and performing accurate reporting.
  • Minimum two years of experience working in an IT environment, which includes using a ticket system.
  • SAP and ServiceNow experience will be beneficial.
  • Previous warehouse experience is essential.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential.
