Job Description
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field
- 5 years experience in shipping and logistics management, preferably in a supervisory role
- Proven experience in preparing and processing all export and import documentation (EUR.1, DA 550, SO, c
- Certificates of origin, customs documents, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations, trade compliance, and customs procedures
- Proficient in using shipping package such as Shipshape, warehouse management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Must be fluent in English
- Valid driver's license and own reliable transport
- Manage the shipping and logistics department to meet company objectives
- Coordinate and track product shipments, ensuring accurate documentation and on-time delivery
- Negotiate rates and contracts with carriers to optimize transportation costs
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and ensure compliance with all trade regulations
