Reporting to the Manager: C&A Planning & Projects, the incumbent of this position will fulfil the necessary requirements within the Customer Services Division to support the Conversions & Accessories functions in support of the C&A products planning and sales.
The role will support the Manager: C&A Planning & Projects with overall product planning, project management, schedule management, marketing plan and overall communication coordination. Plans project activities for allocated new models (FMC/MMC/SMC) to ensure project delivery for Marketing, Purchasing & Engineering functions.

- Experience in project management is essential.
- PC Literacy (MS Office package) & Microsoft Teams familiarity

You’ll be responsible the creation of a sales strategy that will build pipeline and drive incremental growth while retaining an existing book of accounts. You will prospect within your assigned territory to develop a robust pipeline, manage territory business plans, and guide prospects through the sales cycle to contract close while maintaining the relationship for retention and support through the customer relationship.
Responsibilities
- Achieving revenue targets and drive business growth within the enterprise space.
- Converting leads to opportunities, ensuring timely and accurate maintenance of accounts.
- Loging customer activity and communications comprehensively within the CRM system.
- Submitting monthly forecast reports and regularly update the sales pipeline.
- Prospecting within the assigned territory to develop and sustain a robust pipeline.
- Developing and manage territory business plans that include new logos, cross-selling, upselling, and renewal opportunities.
- Guiding prospects through the sales cycle to contract close, collaborating with presales and specialist teams as needed.
- Supporting customers through onboarding and implementation phases, in partnership with the FAM, ensuring a seamless transition and ongoing revenue life cycle management.

**Your day at NTT DATA**
The DevOps Engineer is a seasoned subject matter expert, responsible for consulting with internal clients about the software technology environment with medium to high complexity.

The primary objective of the DevOps Engineer is to design, test, implement and maintain software code that enables computer systems to perform specific tasks and assists with determining how technology can be applied to meet client needs.
**Key responsibilities:**
+ Works closely with Platform Specialists to receive detailed business/user requirement specifications that identify the goals of the program.
+ Assists with the preparation of a technical requirements document, including systems and flowcharts that diagrammatically show how the information will flow through the computer and its peripheral or related equipment.
+ Analyzes business requirements and ensures that the designed solution meets those requirements.
+ Transforms the detailed requirements into a complete, detailed systems design document that focuses on how to deliver the required functionality.

+ Converts a design into a complete information system. This includes acquiring and installing the systems environment, creating and testing databases, preparing test case procedures, preparing test files, coding, compiling, refining programs, and performing test readiness review and procurement activities.
+ Ensures that throughout the development phase, the process is documented including the development procedures for application use and security.
+ Examines any program errors in logic and data and makes the necessary recommendations to correct the program as required and/or escalate the problem accordingly.
+ Works with the required teams to assist with the installation and deployment of the application.
+ Assists with implementation preparation and implementation of the solution into a production environment.
+ Assists with the resolution of any problems identified in the integration and test phases.
+ Supports all the code sets and implementations that have been implemented in production in accordance with defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for the business.
+ Writes and distributes the task descriptions in a production environment to operate and maintain the solution that has been designed and implemented.
+ Assists with post-implementation process reviews.

Negotiating and closing deals

Minimum qualifications :
Sales related qualification, with at least 5 years’ experience in similar role and / or a Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is often preferred.
Proven experience in a commercial or business development role, preferably within a or supply chain environment.
Additional qualifications :
Knowledge of Logistics and Supply Chain Management : A solid understanding of logistics principles, processes, and best practices.

Duties & Responsibilities- Source sufficient lead generating opportunities to ensure 10 client quotes per week and 40 per month minimum.
- Minimum requirement of 8.5 written policies per month.
- Maintain and update your Lead Generation Matrix on a weekly basis.
- Once a quote is requested, the consultant must contact the client to conduct a proper needs analysis and offer professional advice.
- Sign up a minimum of 5 active lead referral agents.

- FAIS Regulatory examination for Representatives (RE5)
- 12 CPD (continuous professional development) points.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in selling short term insurance either as a broker agent or tied agent.
- Call center agents not preferred unless they have a minimum of 5 years' experience.
- All required regulatory exams and accreditation.
- One year's proof of commission earnings (minimum R pm).
- Candidate must have his own transport (CAR) and license.
