Job Summary:

As a New Business Development & Technical Consultant at Advanced Cleaning Services (ACS), you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and providing technical consultation to clients.   • Build and manage a live pipeline (prospecting → discovery → site survey → proposal → close → handover).

  • Conduct site surveys with our Ops/Quality teams; document risks, standards and service design.

Must-have experience

  • 5+ years B2B field sales in food & beverage manufacturing (cleaning/hygiene/pest control or related).
  • Proven new-business hunter with target achievement/overachievement.
  • Solid understanding of service contracts, SLAs, pricing structures, and tender processes.
  • Comfortable with site environments (open-plant cleaning, CIP concepts, biosecurity). Poultry/dairy/swine exposure is a plus.
  • Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
  • Matric/Grade 12; a diploma/degree in Sales/Marketing/Business is advantageous.
  • Valid driver's licence; willingness to travel regionally and attend night-shift surveys when needed.
  • High computer literacy (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000, Health & Safety, and food-plant compliance.
