The Digital Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and compliance of all digital content across various platforms, including social media, paid media channels, and website collateral. This role requires a meticulous individual with a strong understanding of digital standards, brand guidelines, and quality assurance best practices. The successful candidate will play a critical role in maintaining a high-quality digital presence and ensuring a positive user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Content Review: Thoroughly review all digital content (website copy, social media posts, paid advertisements, email campaigns) for accuracy, clarity, grammar, spelling, and adherence to brand voice and style.
- Platform Compliance: Ensure all digital content adheres to the specific guidelines and best practices of each platform (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google Ads, etc.), including character limits, image specifications, and advertising policies.
- CI / CD Compliance: Verify that all digital assets and content are consistent with the client's Corporate Identity (CI) guidelines, including logo usage, color palettes, typography, and overall brand aesthetic.
- Error Reporting and Tracking: Accurately document and track all identified errors and inconsistencies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with content creators, designers, creative directors, account management, and copywriters to provide constructive feedback and ensure timely resolution of identified issues.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve the quality assurance process and contribute to the development of QA best practices.
- Stay Current: Maintain a thorough understanding of current digital standards, platform updates, and emerging trends in digital marketing and quality assurance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or quality assurance.
- Expert knowledge of digital standards and best practices across various platforms, including social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn), paid media (Google Ads, social media advertising), and website content management systems (CMS).
- Proven ability to interpret and apply Corporate Identity (CI) guidelines consistently.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using project management and bug tracking tools (Jira, Asana, Trello).
