Role Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Officer to manage the sourcing, purchasing, and vendor relations for materials and services aligned with project and business requirements. This role ensures cost-effective procurement, contract compliance, and on-time delivery through end-to-end coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Process purchase requisitions and ensure they align with approved specifications and budgets
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with new and existing vendors to ensure cost competitiveness
- Prepare & float RFQs, conduct bid analysis, and issue purchase orders in ERP systems
- Ensure timely delivery by monitoring and following up on outstanding POs
- Address and resolve vendor disputes regarding quality, warranty, and delivery
- Draft and amend supplier contracts, agreements, and SLAs in line with business needs
- Maintain and update the preferred supplier list and ensure vendor compliance
- Drive cost-saving initiatives and identify procurement process optimizations

Educational Qualifications
