Requirements- Relevant qualification in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Purchasing Management
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a procurement or buying role within a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Proven negotiation and supplier management skills
- Strong understanding of procurement processes, supplier evaluation, and contract management
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ERP systems
- Strong attention to detail , organisational, and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

- Continuously monitor outstanding purchase orders and ensure timely deliveries as per call-off orders
- Update and modify purchase orders based on changing requirements
- Maintain an up-to-date approved supplier list and negotiate pricing agreements
- Monitor supplier and product performance to ensure ongoing quality and reliability
- Prepare and present monthly cost update meetings, including supplier price increases, cost savings, and procurement performance
- Address RFCs with suppliers, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions
- Report any significant supply issues that may impact production or operations
- Obtain credit notes for PPVs in line with negotiated pricing and terms
- Maintain strong supplier relationships built on trust and professionalism
- Assist with monthly stock take processes and variance resolution
- Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by management
