Description of the positionThe HR Payroll Officer at Capago has the following objectives :
- being responsible for managing payroll components (salaries and social security contributions)
- monitoring changes in social security legislation, collect and prepare fixed and variable compensation components, and manage the calculation and reporting of social security contributions within the required deadlines
- being responsible for answering employee questions regarding payroll and social security contributions
As a Payroll Officer, you will be responsible for :
- Taking into account appropriate contribution rates
- Counting absences (paid leave, sick leave, etc.)
- Collecting overtime information
- Collecting incentive information and calculating compensation components
- Entering compensation components into dedicated systems
- Creating and sending pay slips to company employees
- Maintaining various types of reimbursement or deductions from payroll
- Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual social security declarations
- Ensuring the timely payment of various social security contributions
- Maintaining regular contact with social security organizations and regulatory bodies
- Verifying the proper execution of monthly payroll transactions and correct any errors reported by employees
