Your role at HFM:
- Create and implement a monthly content calendar for all local social media accounts, incl. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter and LinkedIn.
- Contact website administrators and other vendors to explore advertising opportunities for the Company.
- Setup and manage paid social media campaigns including strategy, execution and performance monitoring.
- Highlight good opportunities for advertising and request media kits.
- Work with designers and copyrighters to prepare promotional material required for all media buying campaigns.
- Monitor media buying performance and online reputation of the company.
- Ensure that all promotional company assets are current and up to date.
- Community management – respond to social media comments to foster meaningful conversations and assist user questions.
- Post marketing promotions and market analysis content to social media accounts of HFM.
- Report social media performance and provide suggestions for improvement.
Requirements
- BSc/BA in Digital marketing or relevant field.
- 2+ years' experience in a relevant field.
- Previous experience within an FX or financial business would be considered an advantage.
- Certifications that prove expertise in social media (e.g. Meta Blueprint, Hubspot Social Media Certification, Twitter Flight School, TikTok 101 etc.).
- Proven proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Trends, Meta Business Suite, Similarweb, and creative design software such as Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud.Good understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent copywriting, analytical and creative skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
