The Role:


As a Senior Data & Marketing Analyst , you will play a pivotal role in analyzing marketing data, developing predictive models, and providing actionable insights that drive strategic growth. You will work with cross-functional teams to enhance digital marketing performance, optimize advertising spend, and refine data-driven business strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze marketing campaign performance across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms to optimize ROI.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and automated reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, and SQL to track key performance metrics.

  • Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights for business growth.

  • Build and refine predictive models and forecasting techniques to anticipate market trends and campaign outcomes.

  • Provide weekly and monthly reports to senior leadership, summarizing key insights and recommendations.

  • Collaborate with digital marketing and business strategy teams to improve data-driven decision-making.

  • Monitor large-scale advertising accounts and assess performance to maximize engagement and conversions.

  • Ensure data accuracy, validation, and integrity across multiple sources.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or marketing analytics.

  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.

  • Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital marketing platforms (certifications preferred).

  • Experience working with large datasets, developing reports, and providing actionable insights.

  • Familiarity with predictive modeling, A/B testing, and performance forecasting.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or digital marketing environments is a plus.

They need someone who can turn customer feedback, product usage, and marketing data into actionable insights that drive real impact—think revenue growth, customer acquisition, and retention.

If you're passionate about using data to shape strategy and love digging into SaaS metrics, this role is for you. You'll play a key part in building the analytics capability from the ground up—defining key metrics, owning insights, and helping foster a data-driven culture.

Focus areas include Marketing, Product, and Customer Analytics, with a healthy dose of automation. We're after a self-starter with strong analytical chops and a knack for storytelling through data.

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

  • Data & Marketing Analytics Pro: Skilled in tools like SQL, Power BI, and GA4, with a strong grasp of key SaaS metrics such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, and conversion rates.
  • Insight-Driven Thinker: Able to turn complex product and customer data into meaningful business and UX/CX improvements.
  • Strategic & Self-Sufficient: Comfortable working in a developing data environment, setting up frameworks, and translating data for non-technical teams.
  • Automation & Testing: Experienced in A/B testing, campaign analysis, and streamlining reporting through automation.
  • Bonus Points: Familiarity with platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Analytics, and programming in Python or R.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Analytics Drive performance insights across digital channels (email, SMS, WhatsApp, etc.), optimize ROI and engagement, and run A/B tests to improve messaging, targeting, and pricing.
  • Product & Customer Analytics Track user behavior and feature adoption to inform product development, identify customer pain points, segment audiences, and enhance satisfaction and retention.
  • Automation & Reporting Build automated dashboards (e.g., Power BI) to streamline reporting, integrate data sources (GA4, LinkedIn Ads, Pipedrive, product usage), and ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
  • Growth & Funnel Optimization Analyze user journeys from signup to upgrade, identify friction points, model churn risk, and deliver insights that boost conversion, retention, and LTV.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Product, Sales, and Marketing to align strategies, improve lead targeting, and share insights that drive business decisions.

The Client Success Managers play a critical role in ensuring high client satisfaction as they adopt and scale with our clients' software product(s). In partnership with clients' Sales Account Managers, the Client Success team owns the client experience starting at the pre-sale demo, pilot and initial onboarding phase, through to adoption, full utilization and renewal/expansion. This specific role will focus on supporting the Client Success of the Research Defender suite of products, with a long term vision of expanding the scope of the role to other software products. This is an individual contributor role reporting to VP, Client Success.

Duties & Responsibilities

What you will do:

  1. Partner with Client Success Team leadership to execute the overall vision, strategic, and tactical plans for the Client Success department in order to meet company revenue targets.
  2. Develop and continuously maintain engaging API Documentation and other product training materials to facilitate onboarding and adoption of new products and releases.
  3. Drive rapid platform utilization by effectively onboarding new clients through delivery and training services, self-serve content, and hands-on product support.
  4. Conduct pre-sales demos as needed, manage pilot cycles, and onboard new clients, while partnering with Sales account managers to understand clients’ businesses, and how our clients' products add value.
  5. Partner with our clients' internal resources to proactively identify and resolve client pain points that put client loyalty and retention at risk.
  6. Serve as a liaison between our clients' software and their Product Management team by regularly sharing client feedback and priorities.
  7. Build and maintain an effective and efficient level 1 software support function to address client concerns with potential product errors.
Desired Experience & Qualification
  1. 2-4+ years of excellence in client-facing project management work in the market research industry.
  2. Prior experience, or willingness to learn, sales-related skills that overlap with Client Success; including sales cycle management, sales-techniques like upselling, contract renewals, etc.
  3. Ability to convey enthusiasm for solving customer issues, conveying product-related knowledge and expertise.
  4. Exceptional organizational awareness, emotional intelligence, and written/verbal communication.
  5. Proven experience building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of seniority and experience, within and outside of the company.
  6. Being coachable, taking extreme ownership, and trusting the process.
  7. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and on your feet.
  8. Fluency in business English, with a wide knowledge of various professional terms from different industries.
  9. Polished, succinct, and grammatically correct written communication skills.
  10. An at-home fiber internet connection with a minimum speed of 20 Mbps is a requirement of the position.
  11. Experience working in popular online survey software tools like Qualtrics, Decipher, Confirmit, Alchemer, etc.
  12. Experience working with API services/products, tools and documentation.
  13. SQL Experience.
