Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain dashboards using Power BI, Qlik, or Excel to monitor marketing performance and operational metrics.
- Build robust data models and automate workflows using DAX, M-code, and optionally Python for advanced analytics.
- Integrate data from platforms like Google Analytics 4, Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, Bing, HubSpot, and internal CRM systems.
- Develop predictive acquisition models, performance trend reports, and actionable insights that guide strategy.
- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and clarity across all reporting outputs.
- Translate complex findings into clear, actionable recommendations for marketing teams and stakeholders.

- Identify optimal marketing channel mixes to meet CPA and sales objectives.
- Deliver daily reporting and dashboard updates to relevant teams.

- Hands-on knowledge of GA4, and experience integrating multi-channel data into unified views.

About the Role
Join the internal marketing team at WebFX as a Marketing Technology Operations Specialist. This role blends technical expertise with digital marketing fundamentals to optimize our data pipeline, lead flow, and technology infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and optimize our marketing technology stack, including Segment CDP, MixPanel, Salesforce, and lead scoring tools.
- Maintain and enhance high-traffic WordPress properties and hosting environments.
- Fine-tune data pipelines and lead flows to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Implement and troubleshoot analytics tracking and reporting systems.
- Perform web administration and system maintenance tasks.
- Act as a technical "fixer" for the marketing team's technology needs.
- Occasionally work in a PM capacity with our internal developers as needed for larger, more complex projects
- 2.5+ years of experience working with similar marketing technology stacks.
- Strong understanding of marketing operations and data management.

- Design and conduct experiments with data, visualisation and insights into Canonical's target audiences
- Collaborate with stakeholder teams (Product Management, Engineering, Information Systems, Finance, RevOps, etc) to improve the data and tool ecosystem
- Put in place and maintain systems to ensure teams across the company have self-service access to data dashboards
- Background in data science, mathematics, actuarial science, or engineering
- Knowledge in advanced statistics, data sciences, coding/scripting languages (Python, JS, etc), and databases (SQL, etc)
