Job Purpose
To ensures effective quality control through the verification of scales and incubators, execution of the manufacturing start up procedure, efficient packaging analysis and inspections.
Key Accountabilities and Outputs
Verifications
Daily verifications of scales and incubators
Manufacturing Start UP Procedure
Check that the skew bar is set at the correct height, the barcode stickers and coding on bottle have the correct information and is legible
Check the torques on all capping heads
Check that labels conform to spec
Report any non-conformances to the Line Supervisor and QC Supervisor
Authorize the line supervisor to proceed once start up results have been passed
Packaging Analysis
Testing of preforms
Testing of blown bottles such as height, burst pressure, sectional weight, stress cracking, fill point capacity, drop test, visual inspections, wall thickness, base weight, neck finish dimensions
Testing of closures such as height, skew cap detection, outer diameter, inner seal
Label Inspections to ensure the application is correct
Testing of labels for glue application
Rinse reside tests
Inspections
Inspection of the Date and Batch code applications to ensure it is legible and correct
Rinse pressure Inspections
Inspection of barcodes to ensure correct and legible application
Documentation and Record Keeping
Recording of all results
Raising non-conformances to the QC Supervisor
Sampling
Ensure that the correct number of samples are taken for the relevant departments such as QC, QA, Retention and Micro

Adherence to Standards: Ensure strict adherence to Quality, Food, Health, Safety and Environmental policies and standards.
Enforcement: Enforce all food safety and health regulations, policies, and requirements at all times to guarantee a secure work environment.
Personal Hygiene: Maintain exceptional personal hygiene as per the organizations code of conduct.
Contamination Control: Raise awareness about potential physical product contamination and implement control measures to prevent it.
Health and Safety Measures: Take reasonable precautions to prevent health and safety hazards. Follow the prescribed incident reporting procedure in case of accidents.
Knowledge and Compliance: Stay updated with relevant business information, policies, processes, and procedures. Enforce compliance with legislative and statutory requirements, as well as GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices).
Training: Attend and enforce the implementation of learnings from training sessions related to Quality, Food Safety, and Health and Safety.
Housekeeping: Maintain high levels of cleanliness and orderliness within the work environment.
General
Responsible to ensure housekeeping is performed and ensure that all products and activities are stored and are executed within the demarcated areas according to the housekeeping policy (green red and yellow areas)

Qualifications and Experience

Role Purpose
To maximize revenue opportunities through establishing, developing and maintaining long-term relationships with strategic customers as well as defining and executing sales strategies that focus on increased sales and profitability. Managing strategic accounts and delivering profitable, long-term revenue from nominated accounts. Ensuring delivery of annual revenue targets through delivery of information, communication andtechnology solutions. Establishing appropriate relationships with customers and leverages those relationships to achieve financial targets.Work collaboratively to set up service relationship for nominated accounts.
Serve as the primary relationship owner for an assigned group of top tier client accounts with responsibility to retain and grow these accounts.
Role Description
The Senior Key Account Manager will be assigned customer accounts that sit in the Top 350 company accounts to manage. Robust account plans toachieve sales objectives will need to be delivered.
Account plans should include the revenue potential for 1-3 years and the associated strategy to achieve this revenue.Implement commercial strategies and then execute in line with company policies.
Generate and maintain opportunity pipeline and credible business revenue forecasts order to meet sales targets.Present Liquid Intelligent Technology's services and
offerings to assigned/new customers while leading account planning cycles and ensuring that the customers' needs, and expectations are met.
Proactively assess, clarify and validate customer requirements on an on-going basis.
Implement a detailed sales strategy for all strategic accountsTrack and record sales activities on all accounts onSFDC.Collaborating very closely with teams from other departments within Liquid. Partner with internalcrossfunctional teams to understand customer goals and key performance metrics.Understand clients' business and generate new ideas to improve the customers' business.Expanding the customer stakeholders beyond ICT to strategic business owners (CMO, CFO, COO,
CEO) who own the budget and/or can influence the buying decision.
Build trust, credibility, and client referrals.Maintain or improve account profitability bycustomizing solutions as per customer requirements.Oversee the execution of the complete sales process for all customers, including: customer request handling, customer information gathering, finalisation of product specification and selection
and SLA negotiation and finalisation Ensure all after-sale customer queries or issues that come through sales department are properly
handed over to customer care
Ensure all support departments are adequately briefed on customer details, to enable delivery of the order and adequate after sales customer support. Conduct business professionally and ethically by adhering to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.Resolve any issues and problems of Liquid
customers and act as an interface between Liquid customer and the internal teams. Ensure that exceptional customer experience is achieved by
timeously escalating interdepartmental problems.Responsible for generating leads and developing a revenue pipeline for the account for the next 1-3
years. Accountability for executing a gap plan if the revenue pipeline does not meet the assigned budget set for each Senior Key Account Manager
Identify and establish relationships in new and existing geography and segments Provide pre-sales and after-sales assistance in bid/tender processes. Manage customer relationships with allocated and new clients. Deliver presentations and propose consultation-based solutions Keep abreast of market changes and have a
broad understanding of Information, Communication, Cloud and Technology Services. Utilize market dynamics, competitive pressure and
best practices to formulate new strategic account value propositions.

Intermediate Industrial Automation Robot Programmer Coding either in Yaskawa, Nachi, Kawasaki, Kuka, ABB, Fanuc etc. Gauteng | Permanent Position Must be willing to relocate if needed Matric Certificate and relevant Qualifications or Certificates Must have 1 – 5+ years working experience in Industrial Robot Programming and Coding (on Industrial Robots like Yaskawa, Nachi, Kawasaki, Kuka, ABB, Fanuc or OTHER) Must have gained working experience in writing Code that instructs the Robot to perform tasks like manufacturing, welding, painting, assembly, and material handling. (NB: ** This is not a Maintenance Robotic Programmer position at all **) Experience Programming Welding Robots to work on the Chassis or other Automotive parts - will be an advantage. Experience gained in the integration of Robotic Cells – will be a advantage. Writing, testing, and modifying the Robotic code that controls the Robots used in Industrial and Manufacturing processes. Work experience needed in performing tasks like the below:
- Creating the instructions (code) that tell Robots what to do, including movement, actions, and responses.
- Developing Software that enables the Robots to perform specific tasks, such as moving parts, welding components, or applying paint etc.
- Integrate sensors into the Robot's control system and develop software to interpret the sensor data, allowing Robots to perceive their environment and make decisions.
