Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee full warehouse logistics operations : receiving, stock control, refurbishment, dispatch, and reverse logistics
  • Ensure accurate processing, documentation, and system recording of all materials (both serialized and non-serialized)
  • Manage technical workflows related to hardware testing, reuse preparation, and responsible disposal of obsolete items (e.g., PCBs)
  • Lead timely and accurate order fulfilment with high attention to packaging standards and delivery schedules
  • Monitor inventory accuracy, stock quality, and audit readiness across systems and physical storage
  • Manage departmental budgeting and reporting, including tracking and optimizing delivery costs
  • Proactively resolve customer delivery issues, complaints, and queries in a professional and timely manner
  • Develop, coach, and support a small warehouse team with a focus on continuous improvement and accountability
  • Uphold and improve processes to ensure high levels of compliance, productivity, and customer satisfaction

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; ability to adapt to new systems and tools quickly
  • Exposure to electronics, telecoms, or technical asset recovery sectors is a strong advantage
