CO-ORDINATOR LOGISTICS (Junior)
JOB SUMMARY :
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior Logistics Coordinator to manage day-to-day operations related to logistics administration, bookings, internal communication, and reporting. This position is crucial for ensuring that logistics processes run efficiently, communication within the different business units is seamless, and all necessary documentation and reports are timely and accurate.
RESPONSIBILITIES : (not limited to)
General Administration :
- Update and manage planning and reporting schedules
- Organise and maintain record keeping
- Coordinate logistics-related tasks and administrative support for various departments.
- Assist in coordinating bookings and planning
- Schedule and track service commitments
Bookings & Scheduling :
- Assist in coordinating bookings and planning
- Schedule and track service commitments
Internal Communication :
- Assist communication functions between the various departments.
- Respond to internal and external inquiries and provide accurate information.
Reporting & Analysis :
- Prepare regular reports on logistics activities, including order tracking, delivery timelines, inventory levels, and other relevant metrics.
Problem Solving :
- Assist in addressing and resolving any issues or delays.
- Investigate and troubleshoot problems.
REQUIREMENT :
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in logistics coordination or administration (1-3 years).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and logistics software.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to think critically in high-pressure situations.

Key requirements:
-Strong experience in a similar FM role
-Must have Draftworx experience (non-negotiable)
-Previous experience in logistics or supply chain environments
-Comfortable working on-site daily in Heidelberg
-Able to take ownership quickly and work with minimal handholding
