- Experience : At least 2 years in Airline or Freight industry.
- Training :
Customer Service, Supervisory / Management, Report Writing
- Winfreight (Operations & Finance)
- Regulated Training : Dangerous Goods Cat 6, AVSEC L3, Airside Induction, Live Animals, Lithium Batteries, Infectious Substances, Perishable Cargo, Human Factors, Safety Management Systems
- Other : Flexible to work shifts, overtime, and travel nationally. Driver’s License & own car.

Core Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day air cargo operations, ensure on-time, safe, and efficient workflow
- Allocate resources and manage shifts to maintain operational standards
- Monitor and enforce safety, security, and quality protocols (e.g., daily security briefings, report incidents, check compliance with hazardous materials, PPE checks)
- Lead and develop staff : manage rosters, ensure training compliance, handle employee performance, discipline, and attendance
- Maintain excellent customer and supplier service; promptly address and resolve cargo discrepancies or complaints
- Conduct inspections of operational equipment and facilities; coordinate repairs and escalate issues
- Ensure accurate documentation, compliance with cargo acceptance and processing standards, maintain audit readiness
- Keep operational areas clean and organized

- Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management/Logistics/Business or similar
- Minimum Experience Indicator: 3-5 years experience in a similar position
- Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, Administration, Human Resource Management exposure and experience
- Sourcing suppliers and maintaining long-lasting relationships with them as well as existing suppliers
- Implementing inventory optimization strategies within the company
- Obtaining quotes from different suppliers, assessing, and compiling a detailed assessment of cost breakdowns
- Negotiating price, quantity, and delivery schedules with suppliers
- Working with legal counsel to ensure that all contracts relating to product procurement contain all details of the negotiation, advising CRM on contract escalation and application scheduling
- Generating quote comparisons and contributing to internal supplier selection based on the quotes
- Providing solutions to improve company spending and outsourcing and suggesting improvements as per quantitative evaluation
- Works with freight forwards and transportation companies to set best route and rate (reviews and approves all freight terms and agreements)
- Plan, co-ordinate and monitor export and import shipments from order confirmation to final delivery
- Arrange and book transportation (road, sea, air with freight forwarders and carriers)
- Prepare, review and process relevant export / import documentation (commercial invoices, detailed packing list, arrange certificates of origins, customs declarations etc.)
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements and company policies
- Maintain accurate records and provide shipment status updates to stakeholders
- Identify and resolve any delays or transport issues promptly
- Collaborates with procurement department to determine best practice for freight in and freight consolidation
- Supports proper utilization of ERP system (Sage 200 Evolution))
- Assist in managing the central costing database and quoting process, provide analytical analysis on market related costing and price setting
- Maintain and update the supplier database and find alternative suppliers if the existing ones are unable to meet their obligations
- Coordinate with in-house sales team to promote accurate and timely processing of orders for customers
- Support with maintenance of logistics policies, procedures, support plans and similar data
- Implementing procedures relating to engineering and production
- Assisting in the tracking of Company objectives and KPIs performance to targets
