Job Description
Drive Financial Targets:
Maintain primary ownership of a portfolio of Growth Account clients, differentiated by the level of complexity of the client base
Relationship and Service Management:
Actively develop strong client relationships. Conduct regular client visits in accordance with the Commercial Growth Account Value Proposition and initiate changes to ABB Product by providing input into product development to better service our clients
Manage Risk Assessment:
Adhere to the bank's policies and procedures and ensure compliance. Take ultimate ownership of the portfolio's risk management by ensuring a good understanding of both the Bank's and the clients regulatory and compliance environments.
Collaboration:
Constantly seek to improve ways of working by challenging the status quo and supporting an empowering climate within the team, sharing knowledge, experience, best practice and providing constructive feedback as required.
Education
Bachelors Degree and Professional Qualifications: Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required)

Our client in the public water sector is seeking a seasoned
Inventory Manager
to lead and enhance their stores operations. This role demands precision, strategic oversight, and a deep understanding of compliance frameworks to ensure accurate stock control and efficient invoice processing.
Primary Purpose
To manage and optimize inventory systems, processes, and controls—ensuring accurate stock levels, timely invoice receipting, and full compliance with PFMA, Treasury Regulations, and related legislation.
Key Responsibilities
As Inventory Manager, you will be accountable for:
- Designing and implementing inventory and invoice receipting processes
- Establishing internal control systems for inventory and invoice management
- Monitoring invoice capturing on SAP by store administrators
- Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual stock reconciliations (including water inventory)
- Maintaining accurate physical and system-based stock records
- Identifying and managing redundant, obsolete, or damaged stock
- Conducting regular stock counts and invoice audits
- Overseeing the receiving, issuing, and storage of goods
- Leading the setup and management of storehouses and stock levels
- Ensuring financial compliance with PFMA, PPPFA, and Treasury Regulations
- Implementing risk and audit action plans related to stores
- Supervising subordinates and ensuring adherence to HR policies and training plans
Knowledge & Skills
We're looking for a candidate with:
- Proven expertise in inventory and stores management

to lead strategic procurement planning, market analysis, and demand forecasting within the Supply Chain Management (SCM) unit. This is a high-impact role based at the Head Office in Polokwane, reporting directly to the SCM Manager.
Primary Purpose
To manage demand planning and procurement strategy in alignment with SCM policies and procedures, ensuring legislative compliance and supporting the organisation's operational and strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
You will be accountable for:
- Conducting needs assessments and categorizing commodities
- Compiling procurement plans for operational and capital budgets (above R1 million or as per National Treasury guidelines)
