Job Description: Dear Future, Production Support Specialist. The role requires to schedule operational time and ensure information systems equipment is effectively utilized and coordinate preventative maintenance with operating requirements.
Responsibilities- Proficiency in monitoring and supporting Control-M and SQL Agent batch jobs.
- Diagnosis and resolution of code-related issues using SQL, including after-hours support to ensure operational continuity.
- Coordinate job scheduling, ensure minimal downtime, and provide handover of newly implemented systems.
- Process automation to improve efficiency by converting manual and semi-automated tasks into automated workflows.
- Define and draft business processes.
- Stakeholder engagement with technical and business users, including BI, Data Engineers, Analytics teams, and business units outside the portfolio.
- Manage MFT Portal and Development Platforms, ensuring secure and reliable data transfers.
- Register Managed File Transfers (MFTs) into enterprise reporting platforms.
- Execute and understand critical business processes, including Month-End Runs.
- Understand Active Directory (AD) Group Management and Access Requests.
- Generate reconciliation reports.
- Strong incident management and root cause analysis to investigate complex issues and drive permanent resolutions.
- Coordinate change and release processes with stakeholder communication, impact assessment, scheduling, and post-release validation.
- Develop and nurture collaborative relationships across areas of specialization.
- Participate in planned development activities.
- Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a closely related field.
- 3-5 years' experience in a similar role.
- Control-M, SQL, Teradata are required.

We have an exciting new role for an Automation Support Specialist to join our Enterprise Automation team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, reliability, and value delivery of our automation solutions – including bots, workflows, and scripts – while contributing to the bank’s broader automation strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Provide proactive support (monitoring, maintenance, prevention of issues) and reactive support (troubleshooting and resolving incidents) for automation solutions.
- Manage automation solutions across their entire lifecycle – from setup and deployment to upgrades, ongoing support, and eventual retirement.
- Ensure the reliability, stability, and sustained operation of automation tools and processes.
- Monitor performance of automations, ensuring alignment with business cases (e.g., cost savings, efficiency, productivity).
- Collaborate with both business and technical teams to ensure automations comply with the bank’s enterprise automation strategy, standards, and governance frameworks .
- Identify areas for improvement in existing automations and recommend enhancements .
- Maintain detailed documentation of processes, fixes, and best practices for knowledge sharing and governance .
- Proactively manage credential validity in Blue Prism.
- Assist with set-up and maintenance of Blue Prism schedules .
- Facilitate all virtual employee retirements on Blue Prism (Process sheet & Alfabet).
- Automation Data Maintenance
- Study and familiarize approved SDDs for RBB and ensure the information are loaded onto Alfabet.
- Proven experience in supporting automation technologies (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, workflow automation platforms).
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of system monitoring and production support environments.
- Hands-on experience working across the automation lifecycle (deployment, upgrades, support, retirement).
- Familiarity with financial services processes (advantageous).
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Automation support experience (RPA or workflow-based).
- Strong background in automation operations and maintenance .
