Education and Experience

Specific Requirements:

- Not have completed any previous Learnership.
- Be between the ages of 18 and 30 years.
- Have effective communication skills in the written & verbal English language.

This role sits at the intersection of product development, investment strategy, regulatory compliance, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop investment products and positioning.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive gaps.
- Translate insights into innovative product features, enhancements, thought leadership and maintaining a relevant investment proposition.
- Collaborate with asset managers to align product offerings with investment strategies.
- Monitor fund performance and ensure alignment with product promises and risk profiles.

- A degree in Actuarial Science, Finance, Economics, or Business.
