Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics (CA(SA) or CFA advantageous).
5–10+ years’ experience in financial management, investment analysis, or corporate finance.

Strong understanding of property markets, investment analysis, and ROI modelling.
Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills; ERP/accounting systems experience

Highlight cash flow issues, cost overruns, and revenue gaps with clear corrective action plans.
Profitability & Cost Management
Assess current operations to pinpoint areas of financial leakage.
Recommend process changes, expense reduction strategies, and performance improvements.
Implement financial controls to prevent losses and improve efficiency.
Investment & Property Analysis
Conduct feasibility studies and ROI analysis on potential property acquisitions and other investment opportunities.
Provide clear recommendations on which assets to acquire, hold, or dispose of based on financial performance and market conditions.
Stay up to date with property market trends and assess risks for optimal investment returns.
Strategic Advisory
Partner with senior management to align financial strategies with business objectives.
Present financial insights and strategic options in clear, actionable reports.
Support negotiations with banks, investors, and other stakeholders for funding and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare client onboarding documentation and manage CRM updates
- Liaise with internal teams and service providers on client matters
- Draft Record of Advice and ensure compliance with FAIS and FICA
- Compile asset allocation reports, proposals, and financial needs analyses
- Assist with onboarding complex client structures (local and offshore)
