In this pivotal role, you will ensure that our inbound stock is put away accurately, our outbound orders are picked efficiently, and that any inventory exceptions are identified and resolved quickly. What you will do
- Oversee weekly stock replenishment movements of all locations in the business
- Oversee the product component administration of local production stock orders
- Capture and reconcile invoices of local stock orders

- Lead the investigation and correction of all inventory-related exceptions, both in the warehouse and in stores (e.g. missing SKUs, damages, incorrect stock levels due to POS errors)
- Manage all ad hoc stock adjustments as requested by other departments in the business
- Collaborate with Accounts to ensure that synchronization of systems are smooth and free of errors that may impact financial KPIs
- Liaise with Marketing regarding any stock requirements for Marketing activities and ensure that accompanying stock movements are accurate
- Liaise with Buying, Planning and Office Management on stock preparations for any events
- Suggest process and/or workflow improvements to increase the speed and accuracy of the Stock Team
- Provide strong leadership to the Stock Team and shape them into a highly efficient and functional team
- Guide, support and train the Stock Team members in all their functions to enable them to work confidently and independently
- Facilitate and ensure effective communication by the Stock Team
- Take responsibility for the growth and development of the Stock Team
- Plan capacity of the Stock Team and liaise with Office Management regarding temporary additional staff requirements
