Position Overview:
The Lease Administrator will work closely with our clients to help support across all lease management areas. The tasks will cover abstraction, system updates and liaising with landlords. The Lease Admin will work on various projects as they arise, providing the chance to learn new systems, processes and procedures. The below responsibilities are not an exhaustive list, and each one could contain more sub-tasks.
Responsibilities:
This position will assist in administering all levels of Lease Administration and special projects as needed by management.
Assist with abstraction of key data points from leases.
Assist with creating leasing data in relevant system(s), whilst also running business processes (indexation to uplift rent, show clients commitments to landlords etc).
Assist with client reporting e.g. scheduling key events reporting and discussing with clients in detail.
Acting on behalf of our clients to liaise with Landlords, requesting copies of invoices to reconcile against what they should be paying according to their lease and challenging where necessary.
Support with system administration activities including user maintenance, updating configuration, customising the system etc.
Support with running IFRS16 calculation in the system (post lease update activity).
Service charge reconciliation.
Uploading sales data and calculating turnover rent (for Retail clients).
Understanding clients’ portfolios to be the main contact point for internal and external lease related enquiries.
Assisting with sub-leasing portfolio to cover activities such as, raising tenant invoices, posting receipts and providing aging reports.
Requirements:
Must be able to work during UK hours and South African public holidays (you will receive take UK bank holidays instead of SA bank holidays).
3-5 years’ experience as a Lease Administrator with focused on Occupiers in the commercial sector
Ability to communicate effectively with clients, peers, and management through written and/or verbal communication.
Ability to work independently.
Ability to work under deadlines.
Good organisational skills and the ability to manage priorities.
A high degree of dependability, motivation and flexibility.
Nice to have:
Experience using MRI Software applications.
Legal background
Understanding of Property & Lease Management processes & principles.
Comfortable with System Administration tasks (non-technical).
Knowledge of Turnover Rent and / or IFRS16.

The Property Accountant will work closely with our clients to help support across all property accounting areas. The tasks will include both subledger and general ledger activities. The Property Accountant will work on various projects as they arise, providing the chance to learn new systems, processes and procedures. - This position will assist in administering all levels of Property Accounting and special projects as needed by management.
- Assist with creating transactions and invoicing tenants. This will also extend to posting receipts for tenant payments.
- Credit control activities will include aged debt reporting, sending arrears letters and liaising with Tenants to deal with any queries.
- Supporting with coding supplier invoices and producing supplier statements.
- Running the full end to end process with service charges (raising on accounts, recovering expenditure, billing voids & year end recs).
- Bank reconciliations.
- Assist with VAT reporting.
- Month / Year end activities include closing periods, running GL reports e.g. Trial Balance and reconciling balance sheet accounts.
- Onboarding new portfolios - static lease data & financial opening balances.
- Lease administration (reconciling existing portfolio data against the client's leases and managing the lifecycle of leases).
Requirements:

The ISP Coordinator is an administrative operations role responsible for supporting the scheduling of new fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) installations in the residential sector. What You’ll be Doing
Trainers are responsible for registering associates for classes, facilitating new hire trainings, and all applicable client trainings. They provide, coordinate, analyze, and consolidate data to deliver training accurately and timely, following client requirements and company standards. Trainers should have a thorough knowledge of TTEC policies, procedures, and client training requirements.
They are accountable for the overall outcome of new hire classes and client-required trainings.

What You Bring to the Role
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years in training, adult learning, or call center experience

- Ability to collaborate effectively with staff and management
- Open, honest, empathetic communication style
- High customer service orientation
- Working knowledge of MS Office, Oracle, Kronos, or ability to learn quickly

- Advanced English skills, both written and verbal

Position Overview:
MRI Software is currently looking for a dynamic Problem and Incident Management Specialist to join our EMEA Client Support team and manage the lifecycle of all unplanned interruptions in our software and MRI hosted environment.
We are looking for an individual that is eager to get experience within a corporate software company, working on a range of MRI Software solutions.
You will assist clients and our support agents with serious and critical incident management in the MRI hosted environment as well as the product itself, working with client contractual SLA’s as well as MRI internal SLA’s.
MRI Software will rely on you to listen to and empathise with our clients and use your troubleshooting skills, technical know-how and creativity to meet their needs and deliver a consistent, professional experience.
Job Overview:
Drive Incident management activities during critical outages along with stakeholder communication during outages
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and lessons learnt, and prepare RCA reports for critical incidents
Ensure that actions identified in the RCA and lessons learnt are followed up
Analyse data for trends in Incident and Problems and drive towards reduction in recurring issues
Prepare monthly management reports for both internal purposes and for client facing as required
Strive towards making Incident and Problem Management process robust and efficient
Requirements:
At least 2 years’ experience of working in incident/problem management
Strong knowledge of ITIL principle, preferably with ITIL v3/v4 Foundation certification
Excellent communication skills and customer service ethos
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Strong collaboration skills with experience in working with application development and infrastructure support teams
Basic understanding of industry standard technologies and infrastructure such as Networking, SaaS, Databases and Virtual Infrastructure
Strong organization and time management skills
