The role covers Production Scheduling for week 0 to 1 horizon: receives the Production Plan for the week - Master Product Schedule (MPS) - and creates a daily production schedule to meet the end of week production outputs. The Execution Planner ensures that changes to factory capacities and other operational parameters are fed back to the L2 Hub to ensure that executable Plans are created. Plays a key role in building the Planning relationship with the factories to drive plan adoption.
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
Production Scheduling
- Schedule the factory resources optimally in line with the Master Production Schedule (MPS) provided by the L2 Planning Hub for week 0 to 1 horizon:
- Review previous week’s performance against schedule and agree production orders to be carried over
- Align with factories to confirm inputs to line scheduling (eg. factory calendar, labour)
- Create the production schedules in line with the MPS
- Ensure that materials are available before presenting the production schedules to the factory for sign off
- Ensure that production schedules are in line with warehouse capacity constraints
- Align with the factory operations teams, challenge and adjust schedules as necessary and publish
- Feed back to the L2 Planning Hub when adjustments are needed to improve the MPS in future
- Incorporate in week adjustments as necessary - Innovations, Breakdowns, Unplanned Maintenance
- Monitor and drive conformance of Operations to the production schedule
- Act as point of contact between the factory and the L2 Hub i.e. communicate factory information needed by the L2 Hub to create an executable MPS
- Monitor and manage volume of product left from change overs and rework activities
- Propose adjustments to the MPS to E2E Planner to resolve constraints
- Manage unexpected plan shutdowns or extraordinary events and communicate at the earliest opportunity to the L2 Hub

3. Output Reliability (OR):
- Review previous week’s factory performance against plan (Latest Plan OR) and input into the weekly OR loss tree with sourcing unit input and consensus (owned by Ops).
- Report on losses and plans to improve in weekly Ops meetings and S&OP Supply meeting, when require
Transition Management:
- Execute material write offs at product launches, re-launches, SKU rationalisation, VIP projects, and ensure that all plans are optimised and run-out schedules are accurately maintained
- Incorporate transition activities into the daily schedule e.g. schedule production trials
- Provide input into MOC for FG
Working Capital Management
- Execute working capital reduction plan at site for Finished Goods through run strategy, EBQ optimization etc.
- Flag Any reduction opportunities with the Market Collaboration Planner.
- Execute actions proposed by the Inventory Specialist and End to End Planners on Slow and Obsolete (SLOB) finished goods and ensure that provisions are raised timeously
Data Maintenance
- Provide feedback to to L2 team and Market Collaborations Planner to ensure run strategy is workable
- Provide and validate input data to the Market Collaborations Planner for generation of the Inventory Planning Model and agree output prior to implementation
- Provide and validate other planning master data required by the L2 Hub
- Ensure proper maintenance of relevant data in the system as defined by the Master Data templates
- Perform regular scheduling data health checks
Reporting
- Work closely with supply planning team in updating customer service reports and providing information on recovery.
- Capture OR Losses with sourcing unit stakeholders on a weekly basis (Latest Plan OR) and communicate to stakeholders.
- Provide data for CCFOT loss analysis to the E2E Planner (losses pertaining to OR).
- Support S&OP Supply Meeting preparation (and attendance), when required.

Experiences & Qualifications
- Relevant Tertiary Education (Degree: Supply Chain or Finance)
- Experience in the general supply chain and planning
- Further studies in supply chain, including APICS/SAPICS qualification, would be beneficial

The Key Purpose of this role is to drive the centralized T1 safety portfolio, as well as to analyze and proactively manage the T1 operation by monitoring the availability and performance of carriers, analyzing this information and troubleshooting to ensure that the load plan is executed optimally. This role needs to manage and own the relationship between the T1 Control Room, T1 Operations, Breweries, DCs, AD’s and Carriers.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Proactively analyze and troubleshoot and manage the following to ensure the FG & empties load plan is executed optimally; using but not limited to VSC, TMS and Power BI reports:
- Brewery and DC throughput
- Carrier no shows, travel time, communication, etc.
- Safety alerts and/or incidents by severity type
- Tracking and escalating cycle time (ATCT) at Breweries, DC’s and ADs
- Empties availability to prevent DCBL (Down Time Cause by Logistics)
- Ensuring adherence of the TMS plan
- Responsible for delivering on key KPI’s for example but not limited to WPS, LPA, LSA, DLPA, VLC, other
- Actively minimizing empty legs and OOL (out of lane) triangulations but ensure effective and optimal vehicle utilization.
- Understand production adherence and amendments and the impact on the load plan
- Amending load plans via escalation to Supervisor/IDP where required to prevent dropped loads or trucks from standing based on production and stock availability, or via Spotlight interface stock swop outs when enabled.
- Understanding and reporting on route causes for dropped loads
- Proactively managing stakeholder expectations with real time information tracking
- Close collaboration with IDP and Ret-Pack
- Execution of loads via formal assigned allocation process and/or Spotlight Track and Trace system and provide feedback on enhancements to T1 Supervisor/development team.
- Responsible to amend out of stock items on load plan in accordance with Spotlight stock swop out recommendations.
- Conduct reviews of RCA’s and present continuous improvement initiatives to be implemented.
- Responsible with T1 Supervisor for providing feedback on closing out all national tracking queries regarding open “in transit” cycles and other investigations.
- Drive and maintain the centralized T1 carrier safety module to ensure adherence to safety requirements as per FORTRESS/VPO requirements.
- Accountable with support of the T1 carrier back office to capture and communicate all safety incidents in accordance with guidelines on CR360 and communication deadlines.
- Setup up 24hr/48hr/7day/30day incident calls and compile action logs with follow ups on action closures.
- Ensure T1 Safety program FORTRESS monthly submissions are submitted and conduct the determined sample validations and calibrate if needed.
- Ensure the daily telemetry outputs for the BUSA dashboard is received and populated and action log to be drafted and addresses with carriers if applicable.
- Lead the agenda in meetings and safety incident reviews with carriers.

To manage and execute the Flow Sales deal execution process for diverse types of financial instruments across multi-asset classes including commodities, for medium and high-touch clients, by managing margins, spreads and volatility of rates (amongst other risk) in order to meet client requirements whilst adhering to CIB compliance standards and regulatory requirements.
Essential Functions
Advisory- Provide clients with specialist advisory services, clearly articulating desk ideas, currency / commodity movements, regulatory requirements and appropriate risk-management solutions to support their day-to-day decision making.
Change Management - Develop a long-term and trusting partnership with the portfolio of medium and high-touch clients to ensure effective representation of client businesses to enhance their portfolio and unlock greater value for clients and their investors.
Client Management - Manage and review a portfolio of medium and high-touch clients by maintaining and growing client relationships to develop and demonstrate a deep understanding of each client's organisation, strategy, and needs to determine if each client's portfolio is well-positioned to meet client and GM objectives.
Continuous Improvement - Monitor, measure, benchmark and evaluate all functional processes, tools and platforms / systems and provide recommendations on improvements / changes to systems and processes based on the market and industry trends, economic analysis and client feedback to continuously improve overall functional efficiency and client experience. Deal Execution - Receive instructions to execute deals and place orders (Buy / Sell) on the platform / system for the assigned portfolio of medium and high-touch clients. Prepare and complete all necessary documentation and paperwork, acquiring the required approvals to execute the transaction / process the deal in a timely manner and within approved policies and guidelines, while performing suitability and risk analysis.
Digital Tools - Proactively sell digital migration to clients by driving the digital value proposition and leveraging digital transition across client portfolios. Optimise platform / system utilisation to grow share of wallet. Promote use of self-service tools to reduce number of client enquiries and address client training issues to achieve predefined Enterprise Value (E/V) ratios for clients on a self-service platform.
Financial Reports - Provide daily profit / loss and position reports to management to support effective maintenance of financial control within the team. Ensure periodical reports (quantitative and qualitative) as well as daily / weekly / monthly reports are produced timeously and according to defined formats and procedures.
Market Research - Research and analyze current and expected market developments and trends. Conduct regular portfolio reviews to identify and manage client retention, lost clients and year-on-year revenue, turnover variances and win-loss ratios. Conduct regular gap analysis to ensure clients are serviced in every one of their presence countries where CIB overlaps to capture GM opportunities.
Post-Trade Operations - Work closely with CIB Middle Office / Operations teams to assure the delivery of a first-class post-trade service (trade bookings, amendments, give-ups, settlements) and maintain daily operational efficiency while minimizing market risk and firm exposure.
Pricing - Optimize pricing to better enable sustainable client solutioning and liquidity by working closely with Traders to dynamically manage margins and provide structured pricing ensuring fair spreads to clients.
Product Knowledge - Stay abreast of product developments and industry relevant market regulations and inform senior levels of any changes in the product portfolio or in legislation that may affect CIB's operations.
Product Risk - Understand, implement and adhere to applicable policies, systems, processes, procedures and product risk limits including internal and external rules so that all relevant risk and business control requirements are fulfilled ensuring optimum contribution to CIB in terms of profitability and risk control.
Regulatory Compliance - Own and drive risk and control areas of responsibility, ensuring all activities are managed within the appropriate risk, controls, and regulatory parameters of CIB. Adhere to product risk limits and internal and external rules in order to ensure optimum contribution to CIB in terms of profitability and risk control.
Sales - Work closely with Sales and Coverage teams to ensure comprehensive client coverage and participation in client initiatives and technical sales meetings for medium and high-touch clients enabling effective sales of across multiple asset classes and areas of CIB.

Transaction Strategy and Execution works with cross-functional teams made up of members of both the acquiring and acquired organizations. SaT offers companies professional transaction experience from the strategic analysis phase of the transaction lifecycle through execution to transaction integration. - Candidates should ideally have either of the below qualifications and experience: A bachelor’s degree (business, finance, supply chain, engineering, computer science or related field) and approximately 5 years of related work experience; or equivalent work experience.
- Professional services / consulting experience: from a management consultancy, corporate finance firm, or as an internal consultant in a corporate environment.
- Experience related to transactions (ideally due diligence, carve-out or integrations experience).

Duties & ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities and Tasks
Responsible for delivering against the marketing demand generation and revenue objectives as defined within a specific sales area-based territory for the current year's Go-To-Market plan and priorities. Responsible for demand generation and acceleration through effective planning and execution of marketing activities, programs and campaigns including the relevant use of account-based marketing data-driven marketing, inside marketing, digital marketing, events, and more. Look beyond return on investment of own activities and work across the entire marketing organization to assure optimal return on marketing investment for SAP.
Strategy Execution - Translate business strategy and objectives into effective marketing execution tactics to meet marketing and sales goals. Be digital savvy and able to build a tactical Digital First approach including web, social media, paid search, paid media. Be fully trained and responsible to ensure brand, quality, consistency, and compliance and promote these aspects within all related demand generation and nurturing activities. Collaborate with different teams to provide a balance of marketing activities across all pipeline stages including acceleration and close activities as required. As the Field marketer should serve as the face of marketing to the region or MU sales executive, actively seek opportunities to participate in business planning and engage in these interactions when possible.
Lead Management - Access relevant lead (and performance) reports through self-service or request ad hoc reporting from Marketing Operations teams. Have a strong understanding of the internal lead management systems in order to drive proper management of leads and to actively engage with all team members to improve lead acceptance and progression, quality and flow throughout the customer buying cycle. Review reports to understand the impact of marketing programs on pipeline health and follow-up on necessary actions to drive alignment with relevant business stakeholders and manage escalations proactively.
Data and Performance Management - Focus on excellence in execution and speed to market when documenting campaign execution, lead management activities, and digital insights in the system of records, including data segmentation tools, CRM, reports, dashboards and scorecards. Leverage these systems to analyze performance and seek to identify enhancements and improvements to respective stakeholders.
Market Research/Analysis - Leverage market research and analyses in order to obtain a greater understanding of the target audience and SAP's solutions, SAP competitive differentiators and go-to-market approach, in order to identify relevant data segmentation, adapt messages, and optimize the campaign tactics. In addition, proactively leverage market research and analysis to search for white spaces to expand reach. Align relevant strategies, observations and interpretations with other involved parties.
Asset Development and Management - Skillfully oversee the development and dissemination of assets such as collateral, offerings, email, websites and social content, event signage and more. Assure that all assets are used in market appropriately and resonate with local buyers. May also manage the end-to-end asset or campaign production for innovative or strategic priority campaigns.
Agency Management - In compliance with the company procurement policies, identify, engage, and contract suitable agencies to manage respective projects, including related budget and cost. Identify and recommend preferred agencies and initiate vendor agreements to optimize investments beyond own campaign activities.
Field Enablement - Look for opportunities to communicate the overall plan to sales stakeholders (sales, sales operations, VAT team members), marketing colleagues and partners. Drive rollout of marketing tactics and assets that align with the needs of the business. Anticipate stakeholder conflicts and drive managerial resolution to avoid delay of market delivery. Communicate proactively with sales teams to understand marketing effectiveness, including digital strategies and performance, and to seek out areas of improvements. Proactively provide feedback to other marketers to improve overall marketing performance.
Customer Service and Relationship Management - Develop a high level of customer focus, thereby proactively participating in customer engagements when possible. Leverage insights to derive and optimize future strategies, optimize resources and investments, and identify respective development for teams. Create a valuable customer experience by servicing inquiries, resolving problems, and proactively anticipate customer needs which contributes to advocacy and renewals.
Channel & Ecosystem - Understand the importance of different routes-to-market and integrate ecosystem and channels (GCGB) into marketing execution strategy, including respective revenue targets. Collaborate and coordinate with GCGB colleagues to create efficiencies between direct and indirect GTM approaches.
Minimum 4-7 years of marketing experience, with minimum 2-4 years in marketing execution

Education
