MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of a BsS Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- GCC for Factories
- Professional engineer registration preferable but not compulsory.
- Excellent business acumen, Continuous Improvement Mindset, Change management skills and Excellent Leadership skills
- Minimum of 10 years previous Engineering / Project and Maintenance experience with 3years in leadership.
- Experience in the Pulp & Paper Industry or FMCG environment
